Nice large rooms for families with kids. Good breakfast, shuttle, nice service.

Junior suite was great size for a family of 5 with full kitchen , dining and living room. Quiet area away from city.

We had to ask 3 times for a baby crib. Bar was closed and we were told it is only open Monday-Friday which totally made no sense not having a bar open on the weekend. Entire hotel didn’t have one ice machine and when we asked for ice we were told someone will bring it to the room which never happened. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy..

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Felt safe with my family. Five minutes from restaurants and supermarket.

We needed to visit the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) but wanted to avoid paid parking. All hotels close to the hospital had parking fees and were without complimentary breakfast. The Residence Inn at the airport included these extras free all with just a less than 20 min drive to hospital. Check in was incredibly fast. Room was quite large for our family of four. Fridge and counter space offered plenty of space. Thermostat was easy to control, we are usually always cold but were able to adjust the room temperature just right. Shower was great. Bathroom was large. Quiet hotel and efficient number of elevatorsComplimentary breakfast in morning was excellent. We, I believe are a hard to please family, yet everyone was quite satisfied. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

A clean, modern and beautiful hotel space! The room was a great size for a family and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Every employee we encountered was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast included lots of hot/cold choices and we were surprised to find out the hotel offers a free spread in the evening for happy hour too! It's about a 15 minute ride from the center of the city but if you have car access and don't mind looking for parking this is an amazing hotel deal.
