Mark was awesome. He was very helpful and patient. I was checking in around 10:30pm with my three children. We all know how that can be. But it was not a challenge for Mark. Thank you for your courtesy and generosity.

I utilize a wheelchair for mobility and many hotels offer accessible rooms that aren't very good. My room was large with a very accessible bathroom that proved to be perfect for our stay. We plan to come here again during future visits to near-by family.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years as I have family in the area. This visit was a disaster. The hotel staff refused to clean my room at any point during the stay. They said they would clean it, and then nobody came. They then said that they were "understaffed" and "everybody was calling in sick" so that they couldn't clean it. Later they started making excuses that "after COVID nobody gets their room cleaned. They also claimed that you have to make an "appointment" to get your room cleaned. It was all nonsense because I requested multiple times a day to get my room cleaned, to get new towels, to get replacement toilet paper, to take out the trash, but they refused and--even worse--became defensive and disrespectful to me as the customer. This does not satisfy any standard for a Hilton Property. I will not be back and strongly recommend that Expedia customers stay away from this property as it was a terrible and stressful experiece.

Staffs are friendly, I did reserve a room for six people stay but they were oversold. Surprisingly they offer us 2 queen bed rooms. I am so satisfied with the arrangement. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The only flaw was the sliding door which closing bathroom and closet was broken and cannot be closed completely. Everything else are good. We all had a wonderful vacation stay with this hotel. Forgot to mention their free breakfast, my kids loves it very much with a variety choices.

I stayed at the property for a 3 day weekend to take care of some family responsibilities near by. The hotel is modern and comfortable with adequate parking and close to shopping areas. The complimentary breakfast was better than many and the breafast staff were friendly and helpful as well as kept the area clean. The room was generally clean but could have used a dusting on areas like the window ledges and vacuuming in the corners. Sheets appeared to be clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. However, I was disappointed and quite inconvenienced because I left a plastic bag on the wet bar with my medication, supplements; snacks and utensils, and when i returned to the room it was gone. I called the front desk and reported it. They said the would check with housekeeping, and of course no one knew what happened to it or could locate it. It was quite an inconvenience for me because i had to modify my activity on this trip because i did not have my medication. The hotel manager who is not on the property during the weekends called me and said they will compensate me $20 (almost an insult) on my bill which i am yet to see. To be honest speaking to the manager just infuriated me more because he did not seem to get it about the inconvenience of not having my medication and supplements and thought comping me $20 was going to make everything ok. Obtaining replacement medication when traveling out of tow is a real inconvenience especially on a weekend. An Honors member
