When I enter my hotel room I noticed that it was not clean properly and I noticed slight imperfections within the room. For example the towels rack was slightly loose, and the picture was leaning a bit to the right which eventually fall off the wall. I informed the checkin staff members who said she would make some notes about my concerns, which she did not. Now the hotel is charging me for their imperfections. The staff members were rude, disrespectful , and treated us inhumanly. This kind of service is not right let alone acceptable on any level. I was charged for my service animal when I was told that I would not be. I spoke with the manager who did put me in the room I requested after I paid for the hotel suites a day after. I spoke with the overnight staff member who called me derogatory name in her native language. Not only was I disrespected by my baby was too. I will never support another Sonesta property ever again!

All the staff from the front desk to the bar tender were so friendly! Treating us like we were friends/family! Everyone appeared happy and glad to be there…what a difference that makes! Will def use them again!

I booked this hotel for me and my dad as I was picking him up from the airport after a long flight and he was getting in too late to drive another 2 hours to our families. Check in was easy for me. Unfortunately my dad did have an issue with the shuttle so I ended up just picking him up from the airport. When we got to our room it was the first floor which I am never really comfortable with, also it seemed to be quite loud with a child crying
, and there was also an adjoining door which I was definitely not comfortable with. My dad went down to the front desk, and they were great about switching our room and putting us on another floor without an adjoining room.
Everything was clean. they had mentioned that their restaurant had closed, but they had some self-serve items. Honestly not greatly stocked which was a little disappointing, but I was still able to pick up some snacks for us.
Stay was fine. Bed pretty comfy. Basic tv.
when we left in the morning, they did offer breakfast options to buy and coffee. We didn't eat anything but I did grab a coffee before leaving everyone was very friendly and helpful and check out was easy. Definitely appreciated the 24/7 front desk service

If I could give the staff negative stars I would…
During our one night stay we booked a room with a pull out bed and the staff neglected to bring sheets for the bed despite two calls to the front desk which meant our toddler did not have a bed to sleep in.
After we arrived home and needed a shuttle back from the airport we called three times for the shuttle and stood outside the airport to have the shuttle pass us by already full three times. We waited to an hour for the shuttle to be passed up multiple times (they knew we were there AND we were exactly where they asked us to be). Ultimately we called an Uber.
The service at this hotel is deplorable and we will NEVER consider staying again.

Overall a fairly decent place given it’s relatively new but the construction was pretty iffy so long term I’ll bet it doesn’t hold up over time. As for my stay, I booked this hotel because I missed my connecting flight and wasn’t able to retrieve my luggage so I was relying on the hotel to have some basic toiletries. Crazily, the room didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner or bar soap. None. I got a toothbrush and one-use toothpaste packet from the front desk and the only other thing they could provide was a small bottle of lotion which I didn’t need. At least the room was clean and the bed/sheets quite comfortable. And there was a coffee maker, whew. The other legit safety concern is the shuttle driver that gave me a lift to the airport. He was incessantly talking and texting friends and family the entire time. Totally unnecessary especially with all the crazy airport traffic. That one is a big liability for the hotel.

This was literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Several families waited at the airport for about 45 minutes for the shuttle, even with multiple calls to the hotel requesting pickup. Check-in staff were not friendly at all. An extra $125 deposit was charged upon arrival, even though i prepaid and that was not indicated previously. The room had no shampoo or soap for the shower. The tub was rusted, shower tiles broken in multiple places, and the drain plus was broken (i had to remove it just so water would drain during my shower). Please note as well that you need to reserve your morning shuttle ahead of time.
I will note that when we checked out at 4am the new desk and shuttle staff were very kind and friendly.

Indoor pool was closed and so was the restaurant on the premises, that was the whole reason I booked here was so me and my kids could get food easily.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Stayed with my family the night before an very early flight, a perfect modest hotel for a short stay. Clean, felt safe and the staff was very helpful. We requested the airport shuttle upon check in and a gentleman was waiting for us with a warm shuttle promptly at 6:30am, in less than 10 mins we were checking in for our flight. thank you.

When I arrived I was told that the hotel was overbooked and my prepaid 1 night stay wouldn't be honored. I was not alone. There were more than a dozen upset and bewildered travelers (1 man with 4 children under 11) trying to figure out what in the world to do. It was after 10 pm in the evening. I felt sorry for the 1 attendant at the registration desk. Obviously the error wasn't her fault. Sonesta brand has lost my business. After trying for 2 hours to find another hotel with a vacancy near the airport, I booked a Pod at Minute Suites that is located inside the Philly airport. Expensive (they rent by the hour) but it was the only option available. I expect to be refunded by Hotels.com. Hotels.com will lose my business too if I do not hear from them soon.
