We stayed here on the first leg of a weeklong trip. Drove 6 hours to get here with my mom, hubby, granddaughter (under 2 y/o) and two dogs. We were tired and had a lot of stuff to unload. Once we'd unpacked and gotten everyone situated, I went to give baby a bath and take a my own shower. The water options in the tub were "Hot" or "Scalding". Of course it was too late for a technician to come fix so I got enough water into the tub with the hot water and bowls of cold wat r from the sink so I could at least give baby a bath. Rest of us had to go to bed sweaty. Yes, they offered to move us, but to room options upstairs - not appealing when we'd just lugged everything inside and unpacked. If a room had been available on the same floor we would have switched. Anyway, it did get fixed the next day so that was fine. Also, they had a note in the room that they only service every other day - which is fine since we had the dogs, but maybe they could at least have trash pick up? We accumulated quite a lot of trash in two days and the trash cans provided aren't sufficient. One other suggestion would be to have a small dishwashing liquid available for the suites or rooms that have kitchenette set up. And a kitchen towel or paper towels for drying hands or dishes. Breakfast was the standard - yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, egg, sausage, potatoes and waffle station. Kept it fresh. Coffee was so-so, but drinkable while it was hot.

Property was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious. The only remotely negative thing is that the water in the guest rooms gets extremely hot. For two adults it’s fine, but I kept thinking, what if a child ran that water? …just a thought!

In town for a family visit. Second time staying here and will again next time we’re in town. Convenient to major highways. Quiet, safe location with Dunkin Donuts across the parking lot! Complementary breakfast is good with a nice selection.

My family needed a place to stay at for one night since we were visiting friends and then Sesame Place (8 minutes away) the following day. The location is a little odd because it's behind these office looking buildings but there was plenty of parking and very quiet. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. I loved the bed. The comforter was ridiculously soft (in a good way) and bed itself was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows.Their free, hot breakfast (6am-10am) was excellent with many options such as sausage, Western omelets, potatoes, bagels, toast, small muffins, waffles (you make your own), hot oatmeal, and juices (OJ, apple and another one I forgot). There was also coffee and tea right outside the hot breakfast area. I had gone back at 10am to get some apple juice for my child but they had closed the doors already so I saw one of the kitchen employees sweeping and asked if I could get some apple juice. She happily got me the apple juice, complete with lids. There is a little "shop" by the front desk with frozen foods, snacks and refrigerated drinks if you needed a little something. Not sure how the pricing was on the items as none of it was labeled. I noticed an outdoor pool and small gym which we did not have time to utilize so I can't comment on that. I would definitely return for any future stays when going to Sesame Place or anything in the area!

I was good and ready to give this hotel a 5 star review, but their greed for money ruined it for me. Beware of the hefty mandatory $250 deposit they can keep for whatever reason they claim. I literally only stood one night with my husband, MIL, and two small children. We checked in 9:30PM and checked out 10:30 next morning. Not even a full 24 hour stay for $238. But fine, at least we got to enjoy Sesame place. Almost two weeks later I am reviewing my credit card statement to see I was never refunded my deposit. I called the hotel, manager wasn’t there but a staff member informed me that they kept the $250 due to a “strong odor”. I was told to call back another time to reach management for an explanation. They absolutely should have emailed or called to inform me of their intent on not returning my deposit. But instead found some fabricated reason just to not return my deposit. How could I possibly leave in odor to a suite that already smelled extremely musty on arrival?! How SNEAKY on managements part. A whopping $500 in total for one night of sleeping there. Will never recommend this place.

We had a family road trip and visited 5 hotels in a row but this one was the top of the top! As soon as we entered the aroma in the lobby, bottle of water and cookies to welcome you, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7..... You guys rock! Shout-out to Monica! She is awesome 👍

Three night stay was comfortable and convenient to family living near by. A/C unit was VERY noisy, constantly turning on and off. We found that if we left the fan on continuously it wasn’t as disruptive but still noisy. Bring your earplugs! Breakfast was popular and always busy. Staff did a good job keeping it stocked. Each day was a different egg and meat offering-sausage, turkey sausage, bacon; western omelette, cheese omelette, scrambled eggs. Cereal, waffles, muffins, etc were offered each day too. Staff was friendly. Other guests enjoyed the outdoor pool. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and location was just off the highway. Dunkin Donuts right next door!
