Staff was very helpful with requests. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for 2 adults and a toddler.

Great service, clean, perfect for families

My family and I stayed here for my daughter’s birthday weekend.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The pool area was so relaxing. I highly recommend.

Although simple things like the proper Amount of towels for the amount of people paid To stay was not available due none being clean - per the front desk- the staff was present friendly and happily readily available to assist in any manner despite it being the holiday weekend. The hot tube and pool water were both filthy and the suite was extremely dusty. Debbie was a perfect delight throughout the check in and out process. The towels at the pool were filled at all times as staff kept the chairs and floors clean from debris often circulating the room. One point I would advise would be to be tougher on hot tube rules regarding children playing in there. This is one of very few locations that offers a hot tube and the ones paying the tab would prefer to have some relaxing time. It was nice to keep the music on as that was not Strict either so all in all a good stay. I would just be hesitant next time booking so close to sesame with the lack of rules with the adult activities aren't honored as such.

Very nicely maintained! This is the best hotel that I have stayed at all year. Everything that we needed was thought of. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Arrived and received the room key to another family that just checked in. The same room key was given to us twice before the front desk found us a room.

Very family friendly property at great proximity to Sesame Place.

This hotel was perfect for our needs for this family trip. My husband and I were traveling with our 21 month old and the rooms with the suite layout were perfect for having a place to hang out/eat/etc. during the day, but also ideal for putting the baby to bed in the bedroom, while we still had use of the living area. The complimentary shuttle to Sesame Place was one of the greatest perks. Our driver, Lori was the friendliest and had so many local tips and recommendations. The hotel's heated pool and complimentary breakfast were also major pluses. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to visit Sesame Place and we would absolutely come back to stay again.
