Our stay was very pleasant for our family of five. Using the Marriott App we were able to check in before arriving as well as the room location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful as we learned how to travel into New York. I am looking forward to making this our official hotel when in town.

Rroms were not stocked nor cleaned i actually send my husband out for dinner and toiletery while i lysoled and disinfected the room and draws. As there was still left over from previous gusst. When kids went unto pool there were no pool towels

The property was fine. My only issue was that we were put in an adjoining room to a couple that had children. It wasn’t so bad going to bed but on Sunday morning when we were trying to sleep in the kids were up and excited about going to Sesame place at six in the morning. That would usually be fine but we could hear everything from the door that joined our two rooms. I wasn’t going to ask for another room as we were checking out on Sunday but we didn’t have to leave till 12 PM so we thought we would sleep in but we’re unable to because of the noise.

There was a party in the next room where the music was very loud and did not end until 3 AM. I called the service desk at 11:45 pm and they said they would take care of it but loud music and voices laughing and dancing was unbearable. My kids had a state tournament the next day and it was impossible to sleep. The clocks were not set properly for day light saving.
