Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a very interesting scenario with my mother back over Thanksgiving while she was staying at the hotel visiting family. The staff, especially Jamie and Charles took amazing care of her well-being. When I ended up moving my mother into care less than two months later, I realize I could stay at the same hotel. Her care facility is right up the street. It’s rare for me to find people that are so caring and go above and beyond but I found that with Jamie and Charles. I will continue to stay here just because I love the staff in the location. Please, they helped very much with my mother’s crisis over Thanksgiving, and that goes a long way. Five stars!

I stayed there for 4 nights for a business trip that my work had booked for me, and this hotel was a shame to be part of the Sheraton family! It was beyond disturbing to check in and only find out your keys on the 15th floor after a long travel day, do not work. Then when I went back down they gave me a master key which made me feel uncomfortable that they can give any guest a master key to access all rooms instead of walking their lazy self to open the door for me. Once I got into my room, I discovered the charger and only plug didn’t work. The bathroom sick doesn’t drain and to top it all off, while having my dinner a nasty roach was crowding on my desk and all over my belongings!!!! This hotel is infested in bugs as some of my trip partners experienced the same thing . But when I reported it to management, all they can do is move me to another room like I was going to feel any better sleeping then! I asked to speak to the manager and they took my information claiming she was off sick. They then promised that she would call me as they took my information, yet NO ONE CALLED!!! The PA public health department really needs to go really check this location out as it’s hard to believe that these kind of things are happen in a 3.5 star hotel! This was worse than a motel experience. I couldn’t sleep all night as I continued to check the walls, counter and under my blanket for bugs!! Never again will I stay at a Sheraton hotel again!

Rooms were nice! Had to get escourted to our room like we were kids. Room keys didn't work and had been down for 2 days. Room was very loud and by elevator. Heard kids running in the hall early morning. Bed not very comfortable.

This property is close to Sesame Place, however do expect to hear crying babies at night. It is very convenient as all a lot of the shops, restaurants are very close by. The staff are very nice and attentive. Parking spots are available in the front.

This hotel was very disappointing. Staff was rude and not at all knowledgeable of area and assisting guests. We had seen that it was “walking distance” from Sesame Place….if you want to walk with your children in the road or in the grass along side very busy roads. There were many more better and safer options in the area and even saw some that had shuttles to Sesame Place. Large hills to get to many of the food options. Would never stay here again and would not recommend!

Such a beautiful hotel! Beautiful rooms and amenities! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Great 1 night stay for Labor Day 2023! After a long day in the sun at Sesame Place, we were expecting to deal with the same type of exhausted “over it” employee attitude, when checking in for our room but instead it was the complete opposite! Thanks to Jamie at the front desk! She was welcoming, nice/pleasant, and super accommodating amidst the busy holiday weekend. Our special request was to stay on a high floor facing Sesame Place (mainly for our 1yr old daughter to have views of the Labor Day fireworks) and though, requests aren’t guaranteed Jamie did not disappoint! We were able to stay in room 1401and had great views. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable! (Our daughter enjoyed the big windows and side chair with a leg stool the most!) I definitely recommend families to stay here when visiting Sesame Place. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or food downstairs this visit but as season pass holders, we will be back! Very dusty, the room furniture and light fixtures were not dusted properly. My kids started sneezing a lot as soon as they walked in to the room. I had dust the whole room.

When i stayed there back in March we really enjoyed it. This time I'm not sure if they are short staff but i dont think our room was actually clean. The bathroom was dirty there was stuff all over the floor the shower was definitely not clean so none of us wanted to shower becuase there was mud on the shower floor. When i pulled the sheets down to go to bed there was crumbs and what looked like more mud or dirt on the bed under the covers. When we asked dor for a pillow for the sofa bed becuase there wasnt any in the room. They told us they had no pillows. So i paid extra for the bigger room qnd my kids didnt even have any pillows for the sofa bed. We couldnt use the shower worse of all the bed was dirty so at 2AM i had to shake out all the blankets and laid my blanke6 from home on top of the bed because i wasnt comfortable sleeping under those covers. 😔
