Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne

Unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to leave very early. Staff was friendly and I will come back.

We stayed one night with 2 kids to go to Sesame Place and It was literally across the street. This hotel was very convenient if you want to walk to Sesame Place. The room was basic. It had a small fridge and a microwave. The facility was clean. The check-in and out was fast. The parking lot is big and they have a bar and mini market in the lobby.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful.

The tv was broke and nothing was done. We had 2 kids 9 & 10 and it was long afternoon with no tv.

We had a very interesting scenario with my mother back over Thanksgiving while she was staying at the hotel visiting family. The staff, especially Jamie and Charles took amazing care of her well-being. When I ended up moving my mother into care less than two months later, I realize I could stay at the same hotel. Her care facility is right up the street. It’s rare for me to find people that are so caring and go above and beyond but I found that with Jamie and Charles. I will continue to stay here just because I love the staff in the location. Please, they helped very much with my mother’s crisis over Thanksgiving, and that goes a long way. Five stars!

I stayed there for 4 nights for a business trip that my work had booked for me, and this hotel was a shame to be part of the Sheraton family! It was beyond disturbing to check in and only find out your keys on the 15th floor after a long travel day, do not work. Then when I went back down they gave me a master key which made me feel uncomfortable that they can give any guest a master key to access all rooms instead of walking their lazy self to open the door for me. Once I got into my room, I discovered the charger and only plug didn’t work. The bathroom sick doesn’t drain and to top it all off, while having my dinner a nasty roach was crowding on my desk and all over my belongings!!!! This hotel is infested in bugs as some of my trip partners experienced the same thing . But when I reported it to management, all they can do is move me to another room like I was going to feel any better sleeping then! I asked to speak to the manager and they took my information claiming she was off sick. They then promised that she would call me as they took my information, yet NO ONE CALLED!!! The PA public health department really needs to go really check this location out as it’s hard to believe that these kind of things are happen in a 3.5 star hotel! This was worse than a motel experience. I couldn’t sleep all night as I continued to check the walls, counter and under my blanket for bugs!! Never again will I stay at a Sheraton hotel again!

Rooms were nice! Had to get escourted to our room like we were kids. Room keys didn't work and had been down for 2 days. Room was very loud and by elevator. Heard kids running in the hall early morning. Bed not very comfortable.

This property is close to Sesame Place, however do expect to hear crying babies at night. It is very convenient as all a lot of the shops, restaurants are very close by. The staff are very nice and attentive. Parking spots are available in the front.

This hotel was very disappointing. Staff was rude and not at all knowledgeable of area and assisting guests. We had seen that it was “walking distance” from Sesame Place….if you want to walk with your children in the road or in the grass along side very busy roads. There were many more better and safer options in the area and even saw some that had shuttles to Sesame Place. Large hills to get to many of the food options. Would never stay here again and would not recommend!

Such a beautiful hotel! Beautiful rooms and amenities! Me and my family will definitely be back!
