This hotel was exactly what I needed: a comfortable, convenient place to stay near family. It was very quiet and the room size and amenities are great (fridge, microwave). The staff and the common areas are nice too - really friendly staff, coffee and tea all day long, a nice fire pit and bar, and a big breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I are in town for a wedding I in the hotel 3 days hoping to spend some time with my grandchildren as well my 7 years old granddaughter came to the hotel to hangout with Poppop and jumped in a freezing pool as no one told us the pool was broken no sign no mention at check in nothing she dried off didn’t want to stay and went home I was having 3 of them over on Saturday and again can’t as pools not working my disappointment is a 10 as no one mentioned anything everyone was extremely nice but this issue should have been explained as I would haff bc e stayed somewhere else I look at it as tho it ruined for chances to hangout with my grandchildren back to florida on Monday really bad experience

My family loved the tea in the lobby, as well as breakfast. There were quite a few options for breakfast which we really liked. It's overall very quiet and the staff were amazing! The pool was nice but it had a strong smell of chlorine

Just stayed one night after Sesame Place. Room was great very big for family of 6. Pool was small and very cold but the kids still enjoyed. Free breakfast was ok but saves money when traveling with kids.

Good:Small hotel, limited guests. Not so good, need improvement: Pool was small and wasnt clean, kids couldnt use them. No one informed why white greecy patches were floating at surface for first day, saw family with under 3 year old using it. Additional incidental charges were added at checkin without information, when confronted it took front staff 30 minutes to come up with varying explanations and even saying westin charges more!!!! They let me stand there while they were teaching each other how to calculate total cost!! House keeping after 3 nights stay only, couldnt deliver replacement towels. Noticed similar issues with other customers as well. Need training:front desk. Final: Not coming back to this hotel.

Just an overnight stay. Hotel was very pleasing and welcoming. My grandchildren enjoyed the stay and complimented the hotel to me. We travel a lot and they have been in many hotels.

The staff here was so friendly and accommodating! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area was also very clean and the kids LOVED it so much we extended our stay. The whole hotel smells so wonderful! To top it off, the free breakfast is so good! We loved our stay!

We came from Virginia for a family funeral, the hotel was lovely and the breakfast was delicious the staff was outstanding
