The hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located. Restaurants and the beach were walking distance. Some reviews had said that the pool was run down but we did not find that. The pool and hot tub were clean, the facility looked new and our kid enjoyed swimming. They had some pool toys there and the pool was quite big.

Very nice for the affordable price. Good for families. Pool could be warmer but the kids still enjoy it. Overall, very nice. Will stay again.

Planned a little gateway to get the kids out. Single parent, one income family. They were so excited to stay in a hotel where they can swim all day and just get their energy out. Come to find out the pool was out of service as well as the hot tub. Very disappointed. Fire alarm was out of control. Kept going off during the night. Could not sleep at all. The staff kept saying It was a false alarm, but it kept going off. All the guest were checking just as much as I was. Elevator was not working either. Had to take all the luggages and personal stuff up the stairs, very inconvenient with little ones. Staff was very nice though, can’t complain there.

The rooms are a great size for families. The breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was the jets in the hot tub were not working well. We did have a great time.

We stayed with three kids ages 8 months to 6 years. We LOVED the layout of the family suite! Even though it was just one room, it gave everyone space to do what they wanted. The breakfasts were also way better than we expected, everyone was able to get a full free breakfast! My one complaint is that the beds were not super comfortable, but that was definitely outweighed by all the positives! We will definitely stay again on our next family beach trip!

My family specifically choose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. Well, the pool was very cold (the kids even thought it was too cold, and my kids will swim in ANY pool) and the hot tub was not working at all. So the adults were disappointed as well. I would have chosen a cheaper hotel if I had known we would not be able to use the amenities. I feel we should have gotten a discount. The breakfast also ran out of food very fast and they did not replenish for all their hotel guest.

My family was very disappointed to find out that the pool was broken. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to our trip so we could book elsewhere and not last minute. The one thing that had us book at this hotel was the indoor pool. The staff was nice about the situation but would have been good to know in advance.

We picked the right place to stay for our trip. The staff were all very friendly, the place was very clean and a great value in my opinion. The grandkids loved the pool! Best beach trip in a long time- will definitely stay here again. Lucked out on the weather too.
