The room was clean but there was a humid smell as my family and I entered the room. The room has a porch area and as we stepped out there were many spiders and webs on the walls.

The condition was really good. The only things I’d suggest was the tub stopper was weak and the bathroom fan worked off and on. The room was clean and nice. Service and breakfast was awesome. I appreciated the helpful check in clerk. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the use of the laundry facilities.

The hotel staff was so kind. Not just to us, but to each other. That is how you can tell that a good environment has been created. I really appreciated our family experience.

Check-in took over 30 min due to issues with another guests reservation. Rooms are small but comfortable. Missed having a sink outside the bathroom area for a family of 4.

Chaeck in with Zach and he was extremely nice and friendly. We arrived pretty late and the pool was about to close for the night and he offered my kids and i a later check out time so the kids could swim in the morning before leaving which was really great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lady at rhe desk in the morning was super sweet as well.
