This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our kids loved thw pool. It was a ten minute drive to downtown Columbus. The only complaint we had was the lady at the front desk was a little rude when my husband told her there was a car alarm going off in the parking lot all night. The man who was at the front desk when we arrived made up for it. He was so kind and helpful!!

The staff was very professional. They did a wonderful job with our family members from different coasts as we attended an unexpected loss of a beloved family member. The lobby was clean, warm. The rooms were very clean. The comfortable bed enabled me to sleep very soundly. I really liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. However, breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30. At 6:30 there was not a thing out, nor did it look like anyone was working to put breakfast out. This caused us to but be able to eat breakfast that day as we had to leave promptly at 6:40. That was disappointing, and it also meant a very hungry kiddo who had to go play a soccer game on an empty stomach. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The hotel was super noisy, also next room has fight every night. It was too loud and I have two kids so it was hard to make them sleep due to noise. Another.m big issue was, there were two women were sitting just in front of our room door and were drinking alcohol and chatting until very late night( 12am).
