Spent two nights with other family. Large spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable hotel. Lots of hot and cold breakfast options. Pool and elevator were in working condition. My brother's room had a thermostat issue that was repaired the next morning.

Specifically picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was closed down, pool was freezing. Elevator broke during stay. Breakfast would be a 1/5. Not many options and the only protein (sausage) option was definitely a mystery meat. The lady working breakfast even stated she wasn’t sure what it was but it tasted like veggie meat to her - a huge red flag. Even after putting a do not disturb placard on our door we received numerous knocks. Not sure if that was staff or just some punk kids. This was suppose to be a simple, relaxing get away from life for a little. I would not stay here again

This was one of the best stays we have had as a family. We experienced the best staff from the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the maintenance staff. They all were so kind and welcoming. They were able to provide on any and all requests. They made us feel at home for our 2 night stay. We would definitely visit this location any time we are in the surrounding area.

Booked three rooms for our family. Two rooms were truly fine but one smelled like mildew. I didn't feel like moving rooms as we got in late. The manager was understanding and took care of the situation by discounting the room. It turned out well.

We had booked a 2 bedroom suite since we had 2 families traveling together. Total of 6 guests. The air conditioning was not working. They said they couldn’t get someone out to look at it on a Saturday morning. I don’t know of any HVAC people who don’t work weekends or aren’t available in emergency. They offered us a regular king size bed room to stay in knowing there were 6 of us. The brought in a tiny window unit which helped non whatsoever. I had used rewards for part of the stay so they could only refund the minimal portion of the amount we paid for 1 night. We stayed 2 nights. They didn’t offer to help find some place else for us to stay or anything. Wasted rewards, wasted money and it was over 80° in the room. Everyone was miserable!

Our family had a really great time. We all enjoyed the indoor pool and the many breakfast options. We stayed at a suite and it has so much room for all 6 of us. Everything was clean and I really liked being able to cook our family dinner in the fully equipped kitchen instead of going out to eat fast food. It was a wonderful stay.
