Beds were comfortable. Noisy and filled with screaming children. Stained towels in bathroom and toilet chain broke off several times. Room 230. Will not stay again

Very friendly, helpful staff. We did, however, have to evacuate at 2:30am due to a room fire on the second floor. Although not the fault of the hotel, it was very scary and unpleasant. We didn't stay as mild child would have been too scared to return to the room. We drove 2 1/2 hours home instead. Needless to say, we were exhausted. The hotel is supposed to honor a refund of the nights charge. I sincerely hope they do.

The place itself was nice as were the staff. My kids and I couldn't sleep well though because there was so much noise coming from the hallways. It was quite loud.

The hotel was very nice, beds were super comfy. Probably the best sleep ive had in a hotel. There was a bunch of kids yelling in the hall at night..which was annoying, but not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel. The bar and restaurant was a little misleading. The “bar” literally had 4 drinks they could make. The “restaurant” was actually a few tables by the bar and only about 5 things on the menu. Super expensive. The lobby was pretty crazy with little kids running literally everywhere. The pool area was full of screaming kids. I guess there was some sort of an event going on. The staff was apologetic and nice. Kids were unsupervised and almost knocked us down running past us on the way to the room. I’m not saying a couple of kids, literally at least 50 kids. The hotel was definitely nice and clean.

I paid for a room for my family as my aunt was in the hospital. I paid through hotels.com. When my cousin checked in, not only did they charge her card the full amt after it was already paid in full, but I also paid for them to have free breakfast every morning and no one at the front desk told them about breakfast at all. She is still fighting to get her money back on her card. And they had Expedia on there and no one even used Expedia. It’s been an awful experience.
