The beds were uncomfortable and the kids couldn't use the pool because there was way to much chlorine in the pool

Mini spring break trip with the family. Loved the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. Great amount of space for a hotel. However Furniture was worn and quite damaged. Breakfast was not good and they couldn't provide ingredient information so my child with food allergies could not eat. While our stay was just okay i doubt i would stay here again.

The mixed reviews kind of made me nervous about my choice. But I am so glad I booked here. I have 2 kids and they enjoyed the pool. I liked the pool because there was no deep end it is perfect for kids! Hotel is very family friendly. Free Breakfast was yummy and front desk staff was very helpful. Suite I stayed in was clean and property and area was clean and felt safe! No complaints.

This was a very good place for our family to stay. The room was comfortable. I was surprised that although the website said that parking was free, I found that it was free only to those who sign up for their rewards program. My main complaint is that most of the staff who cleaned the rooms and prepared our breakfast meals spoke only broken or no English. That made it hard to describe what we wanted for replacement towels, supplies, etc. However, considering how nice the room itself was, we will probably stay here again.

Nice place- gets kinda crazy at breakfast with uncontrolled kids. It seems to be extra-evident at this location. Love the kitchenette option with coffee maker (single cups), toaster, pots and a pan in the room.

We booked a king suite.. when we checked in and got to our room we had a queen suite that was wheelchair accessible. We were informed that since we booked 3rd party that we “get what we get”. We had no bedding for the pull out sofa! Pool was cold and cloudy.. when we asked how late the pool was open because we had little kids.. nothing was said about it not working. When I asked the staff they said “oh ya the heater isn’t working” Staff was nice upon checkin and checkout

This is the WORST Hilton property my family have stayed at. We frequent Hilton locations due to the standard they typically have for their hotels. This location must have fallen under the radar. As soon as we got into town, I called to make sure my room was ready and they said yes. Not only was it not ready and I had to wait, when they were trying to get me into a room, it had a family in it already to my embarrassment! Not only was it very dirty inside the room (stained fridge on outside, stained floor in bathroom) we saw a roach! I wish I took a picture before I killed it but my wife and I were in such shock! The hot tub in the jacuzzi did not work at all, the pool was freezing cold with the water was murky. We called to have 2 towels brought to our room (since housekeeping never came) and it was brought to us 1.5 hours later. I go to Columbus every year to visit friends and family and I will make sure to NEVER book at this location or even name again !

The 2 bedroom suite has 2 bedrooms but doesn’t have a door on the main bedroom. The pool was about 60 degrees and the hot tub was broke. Hot tub is what ever but when you have an indoor pool, it should be tolerable. Even the kids wouldn’t go in it and were disappointed.
