TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin

The staff is very nice and highly recommend to anyone. The hotel looked like new and i went with my family for the elcipse. We had the pool all to ourselves, as well as the workout area. It was a perfect trip!

Stayed here for a night with family and it was pleasant stay. Upgraded family suite with new kitchen appliances and dishes. The only problem was the positioning of the TV. Hope they fix it soon

The check in was really easy and I booked through hotels.com. The room was in the second floor perfect location a little away from the elevator and ice machine. The room was clean except one spot on the chair in the corner but everything else was very clean and comfy. The pool was not crowded which my kids loved and was warm. The location was great to get to Dublin and Hilliard and there are a ton of restaurants around. The staff was very nice upon arrival and departure. We were in town for AAU tournaments and the other hotels were close by also. Very nice area!! Take the kids to Scene 75 at the Tuttle Mall. I will admit there were 2 reviews that made me nervous but I am glad I stayed. Make sure to use a credit card instead of debit. They have a sign stating if you use a debit card it will hold extra funds. So I used a credit card to prevent that and everything was fine. We will be back! Our room also had a mini kitchen, full fridge that worked really well. The fridge froze our pop lol which was fine. They also have your name on the television welcoming you to your room.

I was kicked out of property due to a miss up on the date treated very rude didn’t get a room till 5am the lady who help was very nice but her boss came in in the morning and was very rude kicked me and my baby out cussed me out called the cops due to a miss dating on the lady who helped me with my baby I was charged 128 n didn’t get to sleep three hours while being treated rude yelling in my face and calling the law as I did nothing

Everything about our stay was excellent. Even though there was a bit of a mix up at check in, the staff corrected it quickly and were very nice about it. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and courteous. Our rooms were spotless and tidy, and well stocked with the necessities. Good location, quiet, and newer hotel. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, and there was a good variety of breakfast choices in the morning. We were very happy with our stay, and would definitely book again if in the area.

The bed and pillows were among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t sleep for 2 days (my entire stay) and I normally sleep like a baby. Everything else was fine but the confort level was non-existent. I will never stay here again.

Great hotel! My family and I had a great experience. Great staff and the rooms were very clean.
