Embassy Suites Columbus - Dublin

We were traveling in a group of 10, 2 adults and 8 children! For our son's 3rd birthday. With that being said..... online states they offer a joining room's, but not for what we needed!!! So before and after booking we called the hotel directly and told them we needed either a joining or side by side-by-side room's! We were told they couldn't do a joining but would put in for side-by-side! We get here to check in and are told we will be separated by an entire floor!!!!!! As a mother i was very mad and upset, i refused and told them we called twice about this and were told they could accommodate! I was then told that due to these last minute large groups coming in people had to be moved around!!!! I STATED WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE MOVE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM WHEN WE CALLED TWICE 5 DAY'S IN ADVANCE!!!!!!! We only had 2 towels (with a reservation for 5 in a room) requested a baby bed, had to ask 3 times before we received it and more towels! The ac didn't work very well in our room!!! (400)

Quiet and clean. Very family geared.

Too many kids running around unsupervised, Especially in the fitness center.

Room was great and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool is rather small and very crowded. Overall, very satisfied and whole family enjoyed our stay.

Misleading parking charges and tons of loud guests. This hotel charges $9/day for parking, which was listed misleadingly as ‘parking available’ when we booked the room. I’ve stayed at neighboring hotels which do not charge for parking. This is not NYC, it’s located next to a freeway outside of Dublin. Charging for parking is sleazy. Also, tons of guests let their kids run wild around the hotel lobby and along the hallways until 11:30 pm Fri and Sat nights making all sorts of noise. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like we were stuck in a YMCA sleepover party.

It was a beautiful hotel however the Expedia representative booked us in the wrong one. We were unable to be with our extended family as they were in the other one across town. Then when we tried to reach someone to fix the issue we couldn’t reach anyone.

Me, my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids were in town for the Spring Game and 4-miler. Lots of ants on and around the counter, and when I told the girl at the front desk, she rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and never said 1 word to me but wrote it on a list... Had to call front desk and wait for over an hour for towels and washclothes. And our 2nd night, the Maintenance man rudely came into the pool and yelled at everyone that the pool was closed get out... Terrible customer service... only reason I didnt give 1 start is because the Bar staff was awesome. We wont stay here again and we are in Columbus several times a year.

We’re always happy with our stay at the Embassy! We love the breakfast and the family atmosphere is always comforting

The lobby is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is phenomenal, not to mention how perfect the room was for my family of 3.
