Noisey, doors slam shut, kids after 11

We liked the hotel. Only thing we didn’t like is the showers. To get the kids in or ourselves we had to get soaked. It’s like they made them backwards. Strange. Otherwise it was good.

Once my family and I came into the hotel we were greeted with such great hospitality and they accommodated us very well because once we got there the rooms were not available but we were assured that as soon as one was available they would contact us and sure enough it was just like that we were able to check in and the rooms were clean and once again the staff was very kind knowledgeable and very pleasant and had very nice attitudes and I would look forward to coming back

This hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle ran frequently. The front desk staff were friendly. Our room reservation was incorrect in their computer somehow and they had 4 guests listed in one king bed, but they quickly fixed it. But another hotel staff member saw me with three kids in a rainstorm trying to bring my luggage in on the small cart, and he walked right by us when the cart's wheel got stuck in the entrance way. The hotel (at least our room) was dated, and room was not clean. There were large stains on the drapes, and on the chair in the room. I had to tell my kids not to sit on the upholstered chair, and the office chair in the room was broken. The bathtub also was not clean. The room was noisy and you could hear the doors opening and closing, toilets flushing, sinks running, conversations, etc. The hotel seemed to be under construction in some areas according to signs, but that is no excuse to avoid basic cleaning and upkeep. For the price over $220/night, I didn't expect perfection, but I expected more.
