It is a clean and quiet place to stay when I am in North Olmsted visiting family. The staff is always friendly. I also like having the kitchenette

Hotel is ok, just barely ok. Hotel staff was great, everyone very nice and friendly, and was the highlight. The building is ok and the room was clean. However, there were some things I just could not ignore. First night I was there, a guy was sitting in a hotel provided chair by the front door smoking a blunt. Second night I was there, going back to my room after dinner, there was blood all over the button panel of the elevator. I was like, wow, what kind of place is this? If you are looking for place that is relatively cheap, ok sure. But do NOT stay here if you have kids. If you wanna feel more secure, probably need to go to the Marriott and stay at a more reputable place.

This place was very clean and quiet. The front desk were friendly and courteous. My family and I arrived 4hrs earlier than expected, they had our room ready within the hour. Very appreciative and grateful!

In town for a family reunion and like the idea of have a kitchenet. Staff is friendly and helped with questions for places to eat. Bed was comfortable, pillows were lets say a little less. Hotel needs a little refresh but overall nice. Great location, walmart across the street so you can walk over for anything you need .

The staff in the front were sweet and tried to accommodate me and my family as much as possible. But when I expressed my concerns to Katie(Assistant GM) didn’t seem to care that we had an issue with our room.

I've stayed here in the past for longer stretches while a family member was ill, but decided this would be my last time. I arrived earlier than expected after an 8 hour drive and was told a room was available but I would be charged a $25 early check-in fee. After signing for a $100 security deposit, I was informed I would also be charged $5 per day for parking...on an open backtop lot with no security! Sorry, all these ridiculous upcharges for a so-so hotel with lots of nicer places around (espcially in this economy) just cost you a repeat customer. Also, being greeted by staff in a mask is offputting and outdated too.

This was a good hotel for having some quiet time working from my room while visiting family. Great access to I-480. It's not fancy, but it's much better than a motel, and I think only snobs would have any complaints.
