We booked this place because of the amenities. On the website it shows they have a buffet breakfast and a pool for the kids. We got checked in and no breakfast and the pool was disgusting! We got a room with a pull out couch for the kids. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and things for the kids to sleep. They said, they don’t have any pillows. So our kids were without pillows. They only provided us with 2 towels for a family of four. The soap in the room was so old and dried out it was discolored. They did not provide shampoo or any body wash. The room was very old and worn down looking. There were soft spots in the floor where you felt as though you would fall through. Our neighbor had a huge barking dog that he told us to go inside around because it may attack! We have small children! There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no silverware or cooking utensils for a suite with a full kitchen. There was dog poop all over the property and when we told the lady at the front desk we were not satisfied she was extremely rude. Do not waste your money on this place.

When I reserved the room, it was to be a ground level room. When I checked in, I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. I go to the room, and the housekeeping staff left the door wide open, and they left the towels they were cleaning with on the table. The smoke alarm was beeping the for the first 3 hours, after checking in until I finally called and Diane came to replace the battery. The lower level bathroom was dirty had black curly hairs in the tub with spiders, the toilet had urine spots on the seat, and the couch had massive stains on it as well as the bottom of the living room curtains (looked like dried blood)! The bathroom upper door frame looked like some thing clawed its way out of it. At 9:45 pm there were kids unsupervised outside screaming and playing basketball when the property rules are quiet hours start at 9 pm. I called front desk and stated I was checking out due to the noise and having to be at the hospital to work at 4:30 am and she said "well they are kids, do you really want me to go make my rounds and yell at kids?" I said if that is your job and your property rules then yes but not because I complained. She went to check me out and couldn't find me, for another employee put some guys name in on the room after I checked in! I wouldn't stay here if the room was free.

Stayed over many years when visiting family. Last Stay! Expedia should not have on their site. Only good was the person at the desk when decided to leave early.

This was my worst experience, I checked in on Feb 15/16, my flight was delayed and I didn’t checked in until 5 Am, one of the bed had blood on it, the bathroom and kitchen was dirty, it looked like they put us in a room that was not cleaned. Because we didn’t sleep and needed a place to sleep we stayed in the room until we woke up, then we complained to the GM. We had two reservations so we would check out from one and checked into the other was was a 2 bedroom, my goodness, this room the handle fell off the bedroom downstairs, the fire place didn’t work, then the lock on the main door stopped working, the front desk lady said they don’t have another room to put us in, they don’t have a new lock so the service guy would have to try and fix it, she could not do anything about the fireplace. We were locked out of the room in the snow for three hours with a child. Up until when we left the guy was still working on the lock. I must say Expedia held up to their word and relocated us. But never will I stay in this hotel again.

Save the hassle book elsewhere. Reason for visit was family memorial my mother, sister and 2 brothers they are finally together. I received a call the morning of arrival to say they overbooked and the room type I reserved would not be available, I asked how is that possible? Well you book with Expedia. I argued that the staff then stated could put me into another room, or I could go else. I was given a room they said was cleaned and it as the type I reserved however, it was horrible. Immediately went back to office to request the opportunity to go elsewhere I was told because I signed a paper I could not get refund. They offered a leaser room and as I said we had plans and this was not part of it. So we took the room only to find one washcloth, 1 towel, no kitchen amities, a coffee pot no coffee filters or pot, a toaster that did not work as a mater of fact no oven this time. the bath tub as well as the kitchen sink did not drain for hours. We bought skillets and dishes, utensils, toilet paper, trash bags just to make it work. Due to someone vaping in the rooms the fire alarm went on one morning at 3 am and the person in the office told me “it’s not your building so you don’t need to worry” the alarm was in our building so that’s not true. 2 days later it happens again. Same vape issue same fire department this time the subject was arrested. Save yourself the hassle and stay someplace else. But best advise for all travels call Expedia first before agreeing to any room.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Not only was the place dirty and stank like smoke, but there were a stains all over the bed, sofa had diapers folded in it. It was as if the room’s filth was quite literally swept under the rug. It was so bad, my family and I had to forfeit our rooms and find another place to stay. The staff were friendly but didn’t care to be too helpful with any of our concerns.

This was our main location when visiting family in the area - IT has gone DOWN HILL! - The room was terrible - lock latch broken - stains all over the floors - dirt and damage common on walls and doors - NO HOUSEKEEPING!! - one thin wafer of soap then go get more yourself! - Too bad - NEVER AGAIN!

My family stayed in suite 814. When we checked in we saw that there was mess from the previous occupants that was not cleaned before we checked in (literal food smears on the walls, floor, and carpet). We asked the front desk if the room had been cleaned, they stated it had. We used reward nights to stay and couldn't get them refunded to stay elsewhere so we decided to stick it out and just stay. Shortly after several of us had respiratory irritation symptoms, and that night found black mold in the shower, not sure if they're related but just thought I'd share in case anyone reads this who is sensitive to it. Lots of little damage and lack of maintenance to the room (loose faucet handles, damaged flooring/walls, dust everywhere) along with the loud sounds from the upstairs guests made it feel shockingly like a cheap motel. On the plus side, the size and layout were better than a typical hotel room. It was nice watching a movie with all of us able to sit on the chair and couch. Ultimately not worth the other hassle though.

First room I was given had a filthy ceiling near vents, bathroom vent was disgusting and the room smelled horribly of strong cleaning products that gave me a headache within 5 min of being in the room. I made staff aware and they changed my room. The new room wasn’t as bad but still not the cleanest of rooms I’ve seen. WiFi was the most horrible part of the trip as it was unsecured and wouldn’t keep a solid connection. Needless to say I used a lot of data that week. My trip ended up being cut short because of a family issue back home in Florida so I had to check out 2 days prior to the original checkout date and they said they couldn’t refund me because I booked through a 3rd party website. I would not stay at that hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it either. Crappy experience overall.

I’ve stayed here before and I have another room booked for next month I’ve never had this experience before the room was dirty the headboards were dirty the microwave was dirty the last guest had left their baby bottles in the dish washer the light in the kitchen kept turning on and off and there were ants all in the bathroom. Hopefully this was just a one off situation because I normally enjoy my stay with this facility.
