The Orbit Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Andrew went above and beyond to get us a room before the check in time and providing transportation. We had been sleeping in different airports for 2 nights. We needed a room to shower and sleep in a bed a few hours to hold us off until our next flight at 9pm. He was absolutely incredible to my family and I. Thank you!

This is the place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. The rooms were large and we were able to fit our family of seven comfortable in two rooms. And we knew that thanks to the amazing front desk staff. Breakfast was great and the decor was so fun.

Me and my family didn’t like the smell or anything about it.

Every time we travel to the Cleveland area, we stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fun atmosphere. My kids love it here. The rooms are huge and laid out in a way better manner than a traditional hotel room.

I will start off by saying the service was amazing. Extremely friendly employee at check in. A bottle of cold water for each of us. It was such a cool hotel to stay in. We just stayed to get an early flight the next morning. The cons. Noise levels from the rooms above us was insane. But we had kids jumping and screaming for hours until about 11pm. The bathroom has a sliding door that does not cover the entire door. So whoever is on the bed can see directly in to the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all. Fine for a quick stay by the airport if you want cool and clean.

My daughter and I came to Cleveland for a concert and had to find a place last minute, due to a family member that we were going to stay with falling ill. We found the Orbit and could not have been happier. It had a total 60’s vibe!!! All of the staff that we came in contact with were super friendly, it was such a nice experience all around

I really enjoyed staying at the orbit. It was clean fun perfect for my children. The only thing I can say that would need to be changed would be the mattress on the pullout bed. It was horrible. The hospitality the service. Everyone was excellent I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was awesome. Brandon our front desk guy was so nice and helpful. Very clean. Great airport view. Our family will be flying in and out of Cleveland more frequently in the future and we will always stay here

We had a fantastic day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling into the area for family or business. The front desk staff was credibly, friendly, and generous, and the housekeepers that I passed in the hallway were also very nice. The rooms are clean And spacious. In our king room, the one drawback was the way the television was positioned on the wall, made it difficult for someone sleeping on the left side of the bed to get out. But it was only a nitpicky thing as we loved the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the attendant was very friendly as well. We love the wine, vending machine, and the 1960s decor makes this hotel so unique and fun. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again very soon
