The hotel was extremely nice and surprisingly quiet. My family enjoyed our experience and are planning a return trip for the fall.

I arrived at 11:00 PM and was greeted with an amazing helpful check in. He was attentive to my needs and also helped me scheduling my airport shuttle for the next morning. My room was incredible. Quiet and comfortable and updated and the best spot I had slept in a week of travel. The next morning came quickly and Nimea was such an amazing shuttle driver. Thoughtful and helpful and kind no did t have cash to tip her and told her I wanted an Venmo account. I would recommend anyone stay here a thousand times over. Well done Hokiday Inn

Breakfast was excellent! Extremely disappointed that the pool wasn't open-I called to ensure that there was a pool because I was traveling with my grandchildren. I even called Holliday Inn and was told there was a pool but when we got there it was closed for renovations. I would have booked iwth another hotel that did have a working pool, had I known

Very clean and neat. We were sorry the pool was closed. I guess we missed that update on the website. Maybe a better heads-up on that? I had to pay extra for my second grandchild in our room. He's five years old. A cot in there would have been fine. Seemed a bit strict to me. Staff was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. Great job with that!

The room was clean, breakfast was yummy and easy to access. However we will not go back to any hotels from this chain. We paid online, we got to the hotel to find out we also had to pay an extra $200 for “incidentals.” We asked when the $200 would be released and we were told immediately after we checked out. We called the following day, as the money was still being held and were told it would be released within 5-7 business days. $200 may not be much to everyone, but it is to our family. We wish this would have been in bold print before we booked, as it is a hassle and we absolutely could have had a clean room elsewhere without an unnecessary $200 charge.

When I first checked in I was met by a very nice young man. I went to my room and was immediately met with a strong musty smell. I had an adjoining room to another family whom I did not know. They were extremely loud and stayed loud until 2am with very thin walls. I woke up around 3/4am to the sight of police lights coming through my window and shouting. When I went to use the restroom around 7am I slipped and fell. Upon looking around I saw that the floor was completely soaking wet from a leak in the shower(I did not use the shower while there). I felt unsafe from the facility, people who were staying there and the over facilities (I.e. faulty shower). I Checked out well before check out and was told that I could not be reimbursed because I paid through a 3rd party. I did not pay until I checked in. When I told the front desk person I had slipped and fell in the bathroom they did not show concern. I was told the GM would call me. 6 days later the GM called me. Took no accountability. Made a half hearted apology followed by multiple excuses. I told him all I wanted was someone to take accountability for there poor upkeep and facilities. All he said was that he didn’t know what else he could tell me. Overall this was an awful experience and I will be going through a different system for my overall safety and to spend my hard earned money.
