The people above our room had children and they run back and forth till 3 am. We couldn’t sleep after having a difficult day spending it with a dying family member

We’ve stayed here for many years when visiting family in the area. It’s always solid if unspectacular. The rooms are large and the staff is helpful. The lady at the breakfast buffet makes sure things are well stocked and chats with you. The hot water isn’t very hot and the towels are scratchy. The view from the front rooms is pretty when the leaves are changing on the hills.

I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone especially if you are traveling with a dog. My family travels a considerable amount and typically struggle to find a nice, clean place to stay with our bigger dog. So far Hampton Inn has been a wonderful hotel for us. They welcome bigger dogs and the rooms were clean and didn't smell like pets. Going forward Hampton Inn will be our first choice when traveling around the U.S.

We loved staying here! Coffee 24 hour in lobby…. Great breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Pool & workout 🏋️‍♀️ room. The girl at check in was very friendly and the girl working breakfast was awesome keeping the variety of food full. We will definitely return. Also er enjoyed dinner at Burntwood tavern near by. Excellent salmon on salad and other family members enjoyed shrimp tacos, lobster bisque and fish dinner 🐠

I opted to stay here rather than drive another 2 hrs. Almost a big mistake as the family directly above me proceeded to jump off the beds, run around the room, and move furniture, for an hour, at least, right around bedtime. Fortunately the front desk handled the situation immediately after I finally called (I suspect others were complaining as well.) First time I've ever encountered any issues here beyond normal noise levels but...they were back at it in the morning! At least we all had some quiet sleep time.

We have stayed at a few hotels in the area visiting family and this way by far the best we've stayed at! I can't believe the amazing price we paid for such a nice, clean hotel! It's located minutes away from shopping, restaurants and anything else you could need. This will be where we stay every time we come back moving forward! The kids LOVED the pool!

The Hampton Inn North Olmsted was super quiet - the staff was very friendly and helpful - plenty of parking - convenient to everywhere we needed to be - bedding and towels were fresh and turnover available upon request. Cleaning staff was very detailed and friendly. We will be using this as our home away from home when visiting family in the area.
