We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids they put us in a room next to a conference room where flight attendant hang out and right near the lobby so it was quite loud. We got in trouble for sitting in an empty room that was open and the staff was constantly complaining about the people in room (our room). Our air conditioner was making the most god awful noise and we didn’t sleep the whole night. However, most of the staff was very kind and very patient. We were a part of a wedding and as whole they let us hang on the lobby and celebrate. So long story short… stay away from empty conference rooms and room 139 and you’ll be ok.

It’s the second time I stay there...I’ve been happy staying there. This hotel was recommended by my out of town family and they weren’t wrong. Everyone is pleasant and Vasilika the lady from Housekeeping is a sweetheart, I’m glad she’s still there...great lady! Natalie at front desk is still there, too. I was glad to see her. I felt safe and it was quiet which is what I look for on these “getaways” from home. I would recommend the place👍
