MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

Our family stayed here during a trip to Kings Island - the room was nice and clean and the staff was amazing and friendly - the only issue was the hotel does not offer a pool. But that is not such and issue, I would defiantly stay with this hotel location again

I would stay there on my next visit to see my Daughter and her family!

We had booked several rooms for a family function in Cincinnati. The room features were very nice and the room well prepared. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, the listing for this property indicates that Free Cribs/Infant Beds are available. We had requested these for 2 young families with us. On arrival the staff, who admittedly was new, could not find that Cribs/Infant Beds were available. After his investigation with his back-up, he indicated that these are not available at this property. As we departed the property at check-out, another staff member indicated that the infant beds can be provided...but it was unclear if that is the case. This was a major stressor for our family, as sleeping arrangements for infants are a safety issue and a very practical concern.

We had a family emergency that required us to cut our stay short, but the attendant on duty was just great! Understood & accommodated us to expedite leaving. We WILL be back here to stay!
