It was a beautiful place, we were tired from Kings Island but it was comfortable and plenty of space to sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Thank you to the staff

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Pleasantly surprised they had a great restaurant on property. So convenient after traveling several hours and not having to get in the car to find a place to eat. Full bar, tasty lamb chops, excellent wealthy rice bowl wit choice of toppings. I chose shrimp. The other topping options were chicken and steak. Our room had 2 TVs! One in the living room area, one in the bedroom. A large door can be closed to separate the areas. Perfect for a family with children. The other bonus was its pet friendly, so we could bring our cat. We got 2 coupons for free breakfast, valued at $21 each! If we’d stayed another night, they’d offered free drink coupons for the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of bagels, toast, juices, fresh berries, boxed cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. Other choices were creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast. We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very hard working and a real team effort!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our six year wedding anniversary when we were doing some events in town. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were very friend and helpful. The front desk attendant was super kind and even gave us breakfast coupons for our anniversary. The cookies upon arrival were super sweet as well. We actually got a few to take home to our children. We will be staying here next time we are in town.

I loved everything about this place it was real nice and kids and my sister loved it. It just had one waste basket. No liner in it

The toilet didnt wanna flush after the first time took the back off stopper wasnt seeding just manually flushed it myself.kids running halls.no pillow casees for spare pillows for fold out couch.clean decsnt room wasnt bad. Coulsnt find ice machine

Unfortunately the stay was not great for my family. To begin with the sheets on the sofa-bed were very dirty. The extra brown blankets in the closets were closer to cardboard than cotton. Yogurt raisins, gummy worms, and a pill were in the floor. Several insects in the room and bathroom (spiders and other unknown bugs). I knew breakfast was not include in stay but was shocked at how much extra ($20 per adult!). Of the 2 Treadmills, the “stop” bottom appeared broke on one and the other did not work to run on at no more than 5-6 mph. Then, that evening, tried to order dinner in the Bistro and could not get service. Spoke with the front desk about it and a servant in the dining area after I could not get the attention of the bartender while standing in his view for at least 10 minutes. After arriving back home, my credit card was overcharged in the hundreds for the stay. However, this was resolved after a couple phone calls. The most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. Nor have I ever wrote a bad review out of the countless hotels I have visited. If it would have been but one of these incidents I would have not wrote a thing; however, altogether, they totaled up to an extremely disappointing experience.

The pictures online was deceiving. My room was out dated. The furniture was old and the room had a weird smell. The bathroom was ran down and the shower had bad repairs that was visually seen. Me and my family could not get comfortable at all. We checked out and went home at 2:30am. Would not recommend this location.

From the moment we walked in the door with our friendly help from Maddie at the front desk, to Matthew Utz with our recliner in our room and our help in the restaurant, then next morning to Andrea with the morning breakfast buffet, they were all wonderful and so friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family to stay here or at another location. We enjoyed meeting Georgia as well, she was just beautiful. My husband had to have hip replacement surgery at Beacon Orthopetics, and you were so conveniently located almost next door to their surgery center. I was permitted in with him so I had to have him there at 5:30 AM. So I came back and waited for breakfast to be served, and I was so worried and nervous. Andrea came out for a moment and talked with me and made me feel so much better. We shared a lot in just a few moments and then a hug. She was definitely my angel that morning, and I was just so thankful for her. Again, thank you to all of your staff, they were absolutely wonderful.❤️

We were in Cincinnati for a family get together in Sharonville. We flew into CVG and also went to the Riverwalk area. The hotel is perfectly located for all three things: airport, downtown Cincy, and Sharonville. The room with a king bedroom and living room make it so much more comfortable than a plain room. There is even a TV in the bedroom if needed. Check-in was prepared and took a total of 2 minutes and they gave us cookies. The restaurant is nice and breakfast buffet was very good and there is free coffee in the lobby. As a bonus, the hotel has a macaw name Georgia in the lobby. Very enjoyable stay.

Great service! Friendly and very helpful staff.Had a misunderstanding at checkin and the staff took ample time to explain and walk me through the misunderstanding. Gorgeous hotel. Perfect, calm, and family friendly atmosphere.
