Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Blue Ash

Easy access to & from my visiting family’s home. Also, plenty of dining & shopping areas.

I was annoyed that children were running and playing and making constant noise after 11 pm. On the night of the 16th. I got up and looked for them but apparently someone else had gotten tired of the noise and either complained to the front desk or to the parents.

Arrived late (11pm) with a couple sleeping kids to find out there was a tournament of kids staying there who was very loud which caused my kids to wake up. Checked in easily. Get up to room, floor was quiet which was nice, only to find out they gave us a single king room for 4 people when we booked 2 queen room. They told us when hotels.com books, they don’t specify how many people or what kind of room we booked (they also didn’t let the hotel know we payed extra for the breakfast buffet). They were out of double bed rooms for the night but they were nice enough to switch us to a junior suite on same floor. Immediately upon walking in found a dried up corn on floor by couch. Too late to complain or care. Found more dried up vegetables on floor near bed. No bugs so I guess that’s a plus. Overall, just looks like they simply organized the room, not clean. Wasn’t an amazing stay and wasn’t terrible either.
