We love staying here. It’s right across from Summit park which gives us a chance to let our kid run off some energy. Staff is always nice and helpful :)

Customer service was excellent. staff was very friendly & welcoming. Diane was especially helpful during breakfast time. Our room was clean & comfortable. Pool area was neat & clean. The floor of pool may need some touch up paint, but was clean and perfect for our family. The location is great, directly across from Summit Park and about 20-25 min from some of Cincinnati’s attractions. Would stay again.

Pretty meh for the price. I reserved this hotel for a mini-family vacation, specifically for the indoor pool in case the weather was bad for outdoor activities for my 7 year old. The pool was cloudy the 1st night, and then the second day, we spent the day at Summit park, but she still wanted to swim, but we couldn't because the pool was closed. Not a huge deal, things happen, but we (she) were disappointed. The breakfast was good though it ends at 9. It was right across the street from Summit park, so very walkable to there- though there's no cross walk to actually walk over to the park, so pedestrians be careful.

We always stay at the Wingate in Blue Ash when we visit our kids. I like the arrangement of the rooms and the great breakfast options (protein plus those naughty carbs). BUT, it seems that nobody pays attention to toilet seats....that for the third visit, has been loose and flopping around. It's not rocket science...so I tighten them myself...gross!!! Also, the mattresses tend to sag, OK if you sleep on your back, but a belly sleeper... And if there is a bus tour going out in the morning, it would be nice to have a second elevator. You can stand around waiting a long time...and they completely fill the breakfast area until they load onto their bus.

We went to this hotel as a family to attend a volleyball tournament nearby. We checked in at 11:00pm and the front desk person was polite and knowledgeable. We were very happy when we entered our room. It was very clean,comfortable, and we had no issues while there. We would definitely suggest this hotel & we would stay there again.
