Great hotel for our little family get away! Staff were welcoming and very friendly throughout our 2 night stay. They had one of the better complimentary breakfast we’ve seen. The hotel was bright, welcoming, and clean. Our room had a few pieces of small trash that was missed under the desk area but otherwise very clean. The pool was nice but the floor was very slippery (with or without shoes), so just be careful when entering/leaving and walking to your chair. The hallway to our room was pretty warm and stuffy when we left the first morning and never got better, however we did see maintenance man in the hallway our last day, the room air functioned great though. The hotel is in a nice area with many conveniences near by and just a short trip to Paycor where we watched the Bengals training camp. We saved this hotel as a favorite for when we travel back to Cincinnati.

Stayed three nights for a family trip to Kings Island. Free coffee 24/7. There was always someone working the front desk. Free breakfast (make your own waffles, fruit, bagels etc.). We would stay here again.

the full stay was okay, just some minor inconveniences. the room was clean overall but there was scuff marks and old food stains on the walls throughout the room, it wasn’t noticeable at first but it was seen more as you actually looked at things. the front desk said they didn’t know what syrup was and looked at me like i had three heads when i told them they needed more at the breakfast station because there was none. there was a traveling kids hockey team so breakfast items did go pretty quickly which was fine, just the reasoning behind the syrup being empty. other than that the beds were comfy, water pressure and temp were awesome for the shower, breakfast was delicious, the kitchenette was perfect, would definitely stay again if ever traveled near by. i will say i dont know if it was the manager but someone came out of the office behind the front desk and gave me attitude while telling me i needed to find house keeping for when i needed more towels not the front desk. so not sure if there’s a separate desk for that but we aren’t fans of strangers being in put room while we were gone so we just asked for them prior to us leaving for the day.

The hotel was perfect for our NYE stay. We had 3 rooms total, 2 were adjoining. They had full kitchens which was awesome for preparing our appetizers. The rooms were very clean, the front desk people were so helpful and prompt and breakfast was an added bonus. The only thing I wish had been better was the pool. It was very small and the water was frigid. We did use it but only briefly. It was to cold for the kiddos. We do recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
