Excellent customer service and the location was great for being close to the beaches in Wilmington. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to visit this hotel when looking for room accommodations.

Room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 pm when check n was 4:00 pm we had two kids also website said restaurant onsite not true had to take kids keep busy until room was ready Unbelievable not acceptable to have to wait that long for a room that was booked in advance.

Everything was ok, basic hotel… room was not cleaned during our stay. The attendants wouldn’t let my 10 year old serve herself even though I had 4 kids one of which was an infant so it was hard to get her food when she was capable of doing it herself.

My family stays here every time we visit Wilmington. This location is perfect to get to the shopping area, food and the amipather for concerts. Its super comfortable, clean and the staff is very professional.

Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, it was closed due to the phone being broken . Also there were children running up and down the hallways all evening due to a sporting eventing in town. Staff was nice . Room was clean.

Twice I had to tell the front desk that there was someone smoking marijuana on the 3rd floor. The entire hall smelled every morning we were there. I have small children with me and the hotel did not do anything about finding where it was coming from. They did not clean the room daily or provide towels. When we asked for towels for the pool they got upset.
