Staybridge Suites Wilmington E, an IHG Hotel

The halls smelled horrible I don’t know if it was the carpets or what but it was every day we walked the hall ways. There was also screaming fighting neighbors beside us. My child is still so small she doesn’t understand but if she was older she would of understood the nonsense the next door was yelling . Other than that , breakfast was good and everything else was clean in rooms .

This place was great! The staff are extremely nice and helpful! It is also super pet friendly. My family and I will definitely come here again.

This place looks better on the outside. The rooms feel old, or maybe it was just the smell of the whole building. Our bathroom didnt not have a fan and the wall vent didnt do anything so sharing a bathroom with a whole family was not ideal. With no ventilation, mold grows in the bathroom.

The whole experience was better than I hoped for from the moment we checked in with Sam, we felt more like family and that we belonged there. The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchen which was perfect for our stay. Sam was gracious and always asked if we needed anything even when he wasnt behind the counter. He was friendly and welcoming. Definitely made the stay fun and made us feel at home. It felt more like a small apartment than an actual hotel. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needed a place to stay for a short or longer term

They had a very short supply of towels which was an inconvenience because I have two young kids and we went to the beach twice during our stay and extra towels were needed. Also the front desk lady when I checked in Saturday 7/1 at around 5pm wasn’t very welcoming at all. But the rest of the staff I encountered during my stay were very pleasant and kind!

Friendliest staff of any hotel I ever stayed in. Very helpful, respectful and accommodating. Enjoyed the 3 nights of Happy Hour with nice wine and snacks. Hotel is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Lots of families stayed there because of indoor pool and free breakfasts. Full kitchen in the suites. Enjoyable stay.

This property is in wilmington yet doesn’t accept local guests. They let you make a reservation anyways. Staff is unfriendly and unbothered to the fact that my family got there around 7pm and turned us around because we lived too close to the hotel. Not military friendly

This was the best hotel. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Staff was so friendly and check in and anyone that we came in contact with throughout the hotel. We had a suite and it was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. Beds were comfy! The breakfaat was limited if you decided to stay and eat there, but we decided to try out local places, which were amazing! Location was perfect with so many dining and shopping options around it. Overall great time for a short stay.

We needed a place to stay the night before a soccer game but since we weren't arriving until 8pm that night I didn't want to spend a lot of money but still wanted a clean, safe place that offered breakfast. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot the hotel exceeded our expectations. It looks very new and more like a stone lodge you would find in the mountains than off a highway. The hotel common areas were very modern and nice and our room was huge. We had a full kitchen and living area plus the bedroom area. The kids spent a little time in the indoor pool and the next morning filled up on a hot breakfast (the offerings included eggs, bacon, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, waffle maker) before we left. The woman managing the breakfast area was especially friendly. We told others on our team about it and agreed we would stay there again in the future when we needed a hotel in Wilmington.
