Hampton Inn by Hilton Wilmington Downtown

We always pick places with pools so that the kids can wind down at the end of the night, especially after being in the car for long periods of time. Pool was closed. The site says parking available but we were directed to use the valet service, the city parking garage, or on street metered parking. The location itself was nice, near a lot of shops and cafes.

very nice downtown spot. the valet parking seemed expensive, but the place was convenient for us because of nearby parking options. clean room and good facilities. heated indoor pool was a hit with our kid. decent breakfast. terrible coffee.

The hotel was very nice!! Staff was amazing ! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was great and food was very good . The indoor pool was great for the kids. We loved the location was able to walk downtown to restaurants and shops . Definitely will stay again

We booked a room just for a night, hoping to have a refreshing downtime that we always expect from reputable Hilton hotel family. After our check in at 4 pm on 7/1, we left the room and returned only in the late evening so we did not have a chance to check the room thoroughly. Later, we noticed that the air conditioner was working extremely loud without any stop. In addition the bathroom was not clean enough as long black hair was found in a shower and toilet areas. Next morning, when we complained regarding the issue that caused a sleepless night , it became evident that the hotel staff was aware of the defective conditioner but уеt assigned the room without any prior warning. We contacted the general manager regarding the issue but have not received any word back. It was very disappointed experience in this hotel.

First the hotel staff front desk Mitch & John were the hero's. There was nothing they were unable to assit with. The food service staff made you feel like family, with kindness. Valet parking attendants were highly professional, though the cost of $25 per day seem over the Top. The Rooms are boring to say the least, yes they were clean however, very dingy. By far the worst Hilton I've ever stayed, no feeling of the brand at all

My family stayed for 1 night while exploring the NC coast. It was an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfy, continental breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. Everything was updated. My room had a very nice walk in shower with no tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would stay again.
