My family and I stayed for the weekend trip to be near the beach. The service from the time we walked into the hotel was great staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean I definitely recommend staying at this location.

Had a family member in the hospital down the street it was very convenient and the facility could not have been safer cleaner and everyone was helpful. Wish they had closer dining options.

Normally I don't write any review if I stayed at a hotel for one day, i thought this would help others or family having medical care like myself in the area. The Hotel was clean, quiet other then the occasional sounds of emergency responders ( New Hanover is a trauma center) The staff was politeand friendly. I myself could not take part in the breakfast, but i joined my wife there. Lots of open space and food options. It was very clean. I was surprised by the option of small cheese omelets prepared. 😃 My wife said food was very good, hot and fresh.

The manager, I believe Nikki was her name possesses the worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while. The room we were given wasn't what was advertised on the website and she refused to move us to another room and refused to speak to me over the phone. Upon speaking to her the next morning, I was informed that she was home with her family and couldn't be bothered. Bothered? Well then don't take a position of authority if you don't feel like being "bothered" with a guest, who is paying for your establishment.
