Staff was rude at check in didn’t tell me anything about where breakfast was or explain the punch cards we got. The elevators weren’t working and I’m 34 weeks pregnant so standing waiting for one elevator was very difficult. This was supposed to be our baby moon and didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted since they were doing maintenance on it as well as the AC was out in our room

This is a newer hotel (or at least fully remodeled) that is located along the river and the river boardwalk. You are just a few minutes walk to Market Street where there are several shops and restaurants. Our room was very spacious which is essential when you are traveling with your two "adult" children; the pull-out sofa bed was great, although it wasn't very comfortable (typical sleeper sofa). However, the queen beds and pillows were very comfortable! The room was very clean and the front desk was extremely responsive. And the made-to-order breakfast was such a welcome! My only suggestions ... make sure the bathroom is outfitted with enough towels for each guest; the sleeper sofa has sheets, pillows, and a blanket (Housekeeping brought them up right away); and it would be great if these rooms had a set of dishes and utensils. We had left overs in the refrigerator and could warm them up in the microwave but had no way of eating them. Overall, fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend!

The staff had a generally annoyed demeanor. First, I arrive to find that there’s no parking. It’s an extra $22 per night. I was misquoted on how much I’d be charged for parking and no one cared to honor the price I’d been given. They also added a $75 deposit to the price. I asked if children were allowed on the rooftop bar, and was told that they were. So me and my kids picked up dinner and brought it up to the roof to eat. We were pretty excited. After we unpacked our food, we were asked to leave because we brought outside food. It didn’t matter that we were paying customers. So I had to pack all of the food back up and take my disappointed kids down to the hotel room to crowd around a desk and an end table to eat our dinner. The pool is small. It only goes to 5ft and it’ll make your skin break out if you don’t bathe with soap immediately after use. Also, there’s no bathroom access from the pool without your keycard to get back in. Incredibly inconvenient. They would only stock one spare roll of toilet paper in the room at a time. We ended up running out on check-out day and had to use tissues. Breakfast is really not good quality. The potatoes are inedible. The eggs are liquid egg. The French toast is not good. The sprite came out of the fountain machine already flat. The glasses are incredibly small. Staff isn’t on top of restocking glasses when they run out, they even run out of the disposable coffee cups too. They only put one person in the kitchen and when they’re ma

This was my first time traveling with my baby away from home and Alexis was so helpful and sweet to me during check-in despite appearing to be the only one at the desk to address phone calls and check-in requests! That type of courtesy is beyond hard to find nowadays, and it helped me from a rough early morning travel! Self parking is $22/day with in and out benefits in the adjacent convention parking deck (has designated signs/spots for the hotel). $50 accidental fee charged at check in but it cleared off my credit card the next day after I checked out. Hotel room was perfectly clean and organized. There is a cafe nearby the elevators. Big pool and exercise room that requires the hotel card key for access. Saw a lot of families enjoying it despite the cold so I assume the pool must've been warm. This hotel has perfect access to the boardwalk. The rooftop bar was closed during the winter so that was a bummer. Overall, I would definitely return!

Good business class hotel or place for families. Breakfast is a mess with too much waiting in line & servers to collect your plates. Gare keeping the bacon & long lines for omelets. Rest of the food no better than a 2/3 star hotel…reheated premade frozen products. Beds were comfortable. Need a discounted rate for parking @ $20/25 per day is definitely high & not even in a city.

We took the 2 children to a 2 day 1 nite soccer tournament. Great location on the riverfront, with a roof top bar. Staff was ok when we checked in giving us/ members our 2 free bottles of warm water. Did not tell us where or when breakfast would be. The room had carpet stains, ragged carpet edges and cracked caulking around the tub. I would not let the kids sleep on the sofa bed , it had crumbs and food stains. The extra blanket in the closet had stains on it. Because we had been out all day and tired when returning at 7 pm I thought The Steam restaurant would be easy and convenient. It was awful, poor service, terrible ceasar salad, terrible soft french fries, poor wait staff. I would not stay here again.
