We came on a 5th grade trip with over 40 kids and the hotel was convenient to the amusement park. The staff was accomondated to our needs

The sofa bed was great. The shower and toilet in separate rooms was very nice for the family. The room was clean.

Perfect location if you’re going to Carowinds! It’s right next door to the theme park. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower area, which makes getting ready easier for a family. Not much immediately bear the area as far as other entertainment or dining. Plenty of parking.

My family stayed 3 nights for a Carowinds trip! Excellent! Family friendly, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, nice pool. Everything was clean and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Highly recommend!

he location is perfect for visiting Carawinds. The bathroom fans did not work in our room. The younger lady at the checkin desk was not very nice. She seemed to have an attitude while checking us in. She seemed perturbed when we had to ask for more towels. As a family of 4, 2 towels was not enough. During breakfast, as we approached the food, the worker told my husband to only get one egg and save some for the rest of the guests. He replied that we just walked up.and had not fixed any food yet. Her response was "well, i am the only one here to cook, clean, and put out the food. The workers need to be more hospitable.

This hotel.is always amazing! Walking distance to Carowinds. Super clean. Super nice. The breakfast this time was pretty weird, though. Egg white and pepper fritatas when traveling with kids wasn't great. Even some bread for toast would have helped. But overall I will stay here every time I go to Carowinds.
