Had given my reservation to someone else because names sounded similar. Then provided room key and someone was already in room. Happened to another family too. no hand soap in room.

This was a great hotel for our family. The set up is roomy and provides everyone with their own space. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful.

The suites are a great size. The rooms are dated with furniture that has been over used. The couch looked and smelled like it had been left out on a curb. The smell when you walk in the room was pretty strong. They don’t keep the sheets for the pull out bed in the room. You have to go get them yourself at the front desk so if your traveling with little kids like I was, you have to pack them all up and come back down for them which dragging a baby and toddlers down right at bedtime to carry one more thing back to the room was inconvenient and weird. Either ask people if they need linens for that bed at check-in or just keep them in the room like every other hotel ever. Breakfast area doesn’t have a garbage but they don’t bus the tables very quickly so it gets messy if busy.
