Great place to stay for families

The pool was being used by people coming in from the parking lot. Side door was propped open for any one to come in . There Was kids under age without an adult in the pool . The staff was friendly with any questions we had . The restaurant on a Saturday night was closed off . However you could order at the bar .

Overall, we had a great stay. Parking was less than ideal due to a family reunion, but we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was good, as usual. It’s one of the reasons we choose Embassy Suites.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were always there when you needed them and were very nice. The free breakfast was great. We also ate at the hotel a couple nights and the food was amazing. The chlorine in the pool was quite strong, but the kids enjoyed and and had fun.

Breakfast buffet is bomb but get there early. Really nice hotel. Would stay again. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in a 2 queen suite and the pull out sofa.

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hotel pool was dirty, smelled bad, and not maintained. Chose this hotel for the weekend as we have kids and pool was a huge plus but we tried using the first night and just wasn’t clean and smelled bad, there was a few family reunions and other events that were conjugating in the pool area and right outside the pool area drinking and smoking and smell lingered into pool area and I think the main reason for the smell. Everything else was great.

Really Enjoyed myself with the family. The staff was Great and the food was so good. Bar area is where you should be if you need to relax from along day or take a scroll to the patio area where they have a outside fireplace.

I really enjoyed my stay. The safe was great and friendly. I did like the feature the apps gave me with the digital key, entering my room with my phone. The complimentary drinks top it off. Breakfast was great. It was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend friends and family. I am definitely going back.

We will definitely be booking here again when we are in the area for travel baseball! clean, quite, free parking, friendly staff, convenient, walkable area to dining options, entertainment area for kids young and old, safe!

Embassy Suites used to be know for its incredible breakfasts, but our recent stay revealed that this isn’t the case anymore. Rather than a spacious buffet, where patrons could easily move to different stations, the restaurant area was cramped and crowded. The buffet was understaffed, which led to shortages of food and a long line at the griddle prep station. Furthermore, there was only one waffle maker, which made for an extremely slow process and a horribly long line if you or your family wanted waffles. In a nutshell, a horrid experience that caused us to go offsite for breakfast the next morning. The hotel has a very nice bar, but the experience was not good. The bar was short on necessary items, like bitters, and the bartender acted as if she’d rather be anywhere but there. The only saving graces were the room, which was clean and comfortable, as well as the room service and front desk staff, which were attentive and responsive. One of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was the reputation of its breakfasts. If all other Embassy Suites manage their restaurants like this one, I’ll be happy to find another place to stay!
