Alex the front desk was amazing at helping me out with a handicap accessible tub. The hotel was surprisingly very well kept and well done rooms. I would definitely stop again and recommend to friends and families.

The room was clean. My problem is that the company was well aware that the shower to my room was leaking. They still decided to place people into the room on the hopes that no one will complain. Well I got off a 8 hr drive I was too tired to pay it any attention until it was time for us to go to sleep and we had to listen to dripping water all night long. It was very annoying. Then to top it off, the staff at the cafe omg. I was getting clarification on the adult and kid option for breakfast. The female staff person was unpleased by my questions and started to get annoyed. After we clarified everything, I proceeded over to the front desk to complain about the water. The cafe lady decided to rush herself over to the counter and goes to speak to the manager herself. Mind you, she had no clue as to why I went to the front desk. She asssumed I went to complain about her so she tried to jump the gun by getting to the manager before me. The manager comes out and starts talking about breakfast food and all. I quickly stopped her because she never once asked how could she help me she assumed that’s what I needed her for because the other lady proceeded to intervene before me. I was very unhappy with the way customer service went all together is was trash. I felt bothered by the fact that she went to basically tell on me to the manager before I could even speak to her and the entire time I wanted the manager to speak on the leaking water in our room. Not the breakfast.

Nice hotel and clean. Customer service was great. She tried her best to put all my family members near each other.

My family and I had booked a hotel very close to this one. We had a horrible experience. We decided to find another hotel. This one not only was the most convenient, it was so much more than we could have hoped for. Clean, helpful staff, great accommodations....definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay again.
