Hotel seems either new or newly renovated; very clean room and dining area and lobby. Great continental breakfast. Close proximity to both Charlotte Airport and Fort Mill area (where our family lives(. Also, great rooms; best hotel shower we've ever had!

after spending all day on the softball field all my kids wanted to do was jump in the pool to cool off. The pool was green on a Saturday and they only excuse was maintenance don't work weekends. Breakfast was a joke if you don't eat eggs or cereal. Everything was broken. Elevator was broken and only one for use.....isn't this a new hotel? Everyone kept saying call corporate if you don't like your stay here...out of 4 key cards we could only get 1 to the room to work. to access the other others all the batteries in the doors was dead we was told and to use another route

I booked this hotel because it was fairly new and very close to where my family lives. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. We were disappointed that it is summer and the pool was not open at all during our stay. We had a beautiful lake view from our room The daily breakfast was good, but, the bacon was either burned or not cooked. The kitchen staff was pleasant. The check in staff needs help with mannerism and customer service when welcoming guests. Donna checked my family in and she was so impolite and unpleasant. We went to our room and tried accessing the WI-FI. Donna provided me with wrong information for the WI-FI & was very rude and told me it must just be me or my phone as no one else is having issues. I didn’t except that and went back down to the desk and Donna would not show her face and another staff member came out who was very pleasant and helpful and told me thank you for bringing this to our attention because I was provided incorrect information but Donna over talked me and if she would have listened maybe she would have HEARD me instead of talking over me, During check out the front desk staff member was no better, she didn’t look at you when she talked and was very disinterested. Our overall our stay was good, as I made sure to avoid conversing with hotel staff if it wasn’t necessary.

Fantastic Hotel! We spent 4 nights and I was more and more impressed with this hotel each day! The check in ladies were so receptive to my request for a room with a short walk to the elevator for an elderly family member. Thank you! We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the spacious comfortable rooms equipped with everything you could ever need, so many wonderful common spaces, a well stocked store for buying soda, chips, Advil, and the most fantastic breakfast each morning! Each staff member we interacted with was exceptional!

Nice hotel. I liked the complimentary breakfast and the proximity to the interstate, restaurants, and Topgolf. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't like the beds (not very comfortable in my opinion and felt like there were bed bugs), and the noise coming from surrounding rooms sometimes (sounded like kids running/stomping around or something). There was also no guide for the TV channels. Overall, not necessarily a bad stay but I don't think I'd return. I didn't

I booked my stay this past weekend for a friends birthday, this was the most cost efficient hotel I could find for the weekend. The hotel was very clean , the staff was nice , the pool could’ve been a bit bigger & , breakfast could’ve been better , although I truly enjoyed my stay. The only issue was there were no good restaurants or many fast food options around the area without having to travel more than 5-15 miles . We visited a Mexican restaurant Friday night called Salsa’s , this restaurant was very overrated & overpriced. They upcharged for every little thing , even avacodo slices save your money and go somewhere else . I would recommend that if you or a family member decide to visit Charlotte you stay at this hotel though , the airport was 10 minutes away so there were planes every 30 seconds but surprisingly you could not hear them in your room. I will definitely be booking here again !

The property was very nice and clean but one of the reasons I chose this place was because they had a pool...which turned out to be closed. My kids were very upset. Also, the breakfast in the mornings were very undesirable. They were out of cereal, the website showed a pancake machine and there was none. I don't eat boiled eggs or fake sausage biscuits for breakfast, dont think I will choose this hotel again,very unhappy about the money I spent. And lastly, this hotel is next to Topgolf....we were not told about the $10 off discount until we got back from playing there for 2 hours. I will say the front dest staff was friendly but....I wont stay there again.
