We booked our room the same day and had no issues checking in when we arrived. However, we went up to our room that was suppose to sleep 6, and saw that the whole pull out couch was missing. The foot stools and coffee table were the only thing left. We asked to switch rooms or for a roll away bed for our kids or a couch to be put in our room. We were told since we booked 3rd party and they sold out there was nothing they could do. We have four kids and even stuffing three in a bed forced our teen to have to sleep on the floor. They didn’t even offer us extra blankets or pillows. They were incredibly unhelpful. We only chose that hotel because it slept 6. We will not be returning.

We stayed here for two nights while we went to Carowinds as a family of 5. Our room was huge and that’s not an easy find. Breakfast was delicious with tons of variety and the coffee was amazing!

Super fast check in. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Family friendly. Traveled with a teenager and a toddler and was convenient for the whole family.

Nice place to stay for few days with indoor pool, good clean rooms and good hot breakfast. Staff very nice. Overall good experience with family. Thanks Holiday Inn.

People working here are extremely welcoming, personable, and helpful. We spent time in Charlotte with family for the weekend and I would have to say this place worked out really well for us. Rooms were clean and so were the common areas…such as the dining room and meeting areas. The only downside I had, and not really a downside for everyone is the smell of the cleaning agents used. I am super-sensitive to smells and the cleaning supples used to clean were not the most pleasant to me. Other than that, I would say, our experience here was positive. Oh yes, the indoor pool water was a respectable temperature…not too cold and not too warm!

I traveled here for vacation with my kids. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. We had a few hiccups there was a critter in my room so we moved rooms. The staff there Ms.Gloria, Shawn and another front desk attendant was amazing. They made the trip definitely worth while. Thank you
