The Craftsman Inn is a gem! Check-in was super easy and the front desk staff checked in regularly to see that we were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff placed us by a door since we brought our dog with us. The restaurant is excellent and we ate there multiple nights during our stay. The only downside was loud children we could hear through the walls (but that’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault). We also requested a room refresh that didn’t happen; but if we needed anything it was a call away. Minor inconveniences. Very convenient location while tucked enough away to be peaceful. Will stay here again!!!

Great spot! The rooms a nicely updated, the entire property is very well kept. They also offer a nice breakfast which is open for 4 hours. This will be our go to when we visit family in the area.

The property was exactly what we needed. We had a junior suite that was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was nice and 24 hour fitness center. The restaurant was amazing.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. The location was very good, the restaurant was amazing. We also had breakfast which was very good. As a family with little children we enjoyed staying there. Definitely coming back!

Always a clean and comfortable place for me to stay when i visit family. Might be in need of some TLC at this point, I noticed a few rough spots on the facility. But overall a good choice for travelers.

A weekend trip to attend a family event; three adults in one room. Staff is excellent and accommodating ensuring our stay was comfortable. lots of families with kids but the room was fairly quiet. Comfortable beds and clean, well maintained bathroom. Nice breakfast/lounge area and self serve breakfast choices were better than most.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was included and healthy. Well done. The restaurant next door is very good as is the convenience of many others within walking distance. Staff was excellent and helpful. There should be recommended quiet hours. A very loud family was inconsiderate and yelling at midnight and then again at 7am. If you stay in a hotel please understand that you are not the only guest. Drunk laughing is only funny to you. Everyone else knows you are an (fill in the blank).

Very unhappy with this hotel, especially since the room was so over priced. We were put on first floor, above an very loud family. They were up until 1am and got back up at 5am. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Even with ear plugs I could hear! I am 7 months pregnant so the two hours of sleep was not something my body appreciated. On top of all that, there was no garbage can in room and no where to get water (not even a vending machine) and the tap water was horrific. This was a huge waste of 200 dollars and I will never be going back.

The stay here was fine, the location was great. The room size worked for my family of 4 but the bathroom was much smaller than expected. The continental breakfast was minimal and very carb-heavy, I was looking for more variety. The layout of the hotel was strange, I felt like I was walking through a maze. Overall, the stay was sufficient for my short 2-day trip, I don't think I would choose this hotel if my stay needed to be longer.
