Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, friendly people. The lady who provided breakfast was wonderful. She felt like family by the end of our stay.

This place was just OK. The staff were friendly and check in/out was totally fine. The room was good, really spacious and all the amenities we needed however could all do with updating. The furniture was badly scratched, looked like a dog had been in there chewing on every corner. Having the kitchen was one of the main reasons we chose here and it was really useful but it wasn't that clean, especially around the floor of the dishwasher, it was filthy under there. The sofa bed for the kids was terrible, threadbare and stained, the mattress was badly stained and you could feel every spring, my poor kids had the worst sleep, they ended up having to squeeze in with us. There was no bedding provided for the pull out, despite booking for 4, I had to go down and ask for it. Breakfast was OK, nothing special also quite messy, the counter didn't appear to get wiped down, especially around the waffle machine and the food items took a while to get replenished. There were staff around but they were putting the xmas tree up, I felt that breakfast was probably the wrong time to be doing that. It was Thanksgiving though so maybe there were less staff than usual?? The location was good, around half an hour to Skaneateles lake. I suppose you get what you pay for but it's not difficult to provide the basics. This was just a one night stopover for us but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. Not sure what restaurants or shops were close by as we arrived in the dark and left early morning!

Run away! This place is dirty and many things are broken. The room key didn't work properly. Exterior doors to parking lot was broken. Customers were smoking pot and the smell was obnoxious. We were there for a week for a family emergency and it was terrible.

Pros: Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Convenient to Syracuse University. Parking was easy. Safe location. Cons: Hallways and rooms smelled of mold, mildew and/or smoke. Carpet felt damp/dingy. Facility needs a deep cleaning; I am not talking about the routine cleaning by hotel staff. Management needs to pay for a professional deep cleaning service. Bottom line: The price is good for families on a budget. However, I will pay more next time and stay elsewhere due to the ongoing odor problem.

This by far was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The bathroom was absolutely filthy amongst everything else. Only clean item was the bedding. I was so desperate that I had no choice but to stay as I couldn’t get hotel anywhere else due to taking my child to college. What a disappointment

Easy access to highway, food options not too far away, rooms with kitchenettes, fitness, pool, laundry area, and free breakfast. Staff is great (KiKi). Furniture in room could use a good steam cleaning and some routine maintenance. Had no extra TP in room. Also, this hotel is pet friendly and great for families.

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were multiple bugs—dead and alive—on the floor in the bedroom, the mesh filter on the AC was covered in filth, dust, and grime, and the TV remote was held together WITH A BANDAID. That one there is the one that most screams “we don’t give one crap about even trying to pretend we care about our guests.” You couldn’t replace the remote? Or if you really couldn’t, find some duct tape?! Then again, when the floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in years, I’m not surprised. My kid’s feet were black after walking on these floors. I took a photo. They’re actually black. Pretty sure this place shouldn’t be allowed to operate cause they clearly don’t care enough about their guests to even feign hygiene.

This has been our go to facility in the last 6 years when in town to see family/friends. Our stay here was very poor. To be specific, the frig was dirty, dishwasher had 2 inches of standing water and didn't work, only one remote for 2 TV's (we demanded another on day 3), no hangers (staff couldn't find any), no one cleaned room in 11 days, we had to seek out housekeeping for towels, staff including front end and general manager smoked several times a day in outdoor area designed for guests, there was only 1 lounge chair by the pool, and rugs and walls were filthy. There were 2 housekeeping staff who were very helpful and we thanked them profusely. We will never go back to this facility.
