Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dewitt (Syracuse), an IHG Hotel

Great stay! We were there for a week because our daughter had our first grandchild. The staff always asked how everyone was doing. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Everything was always VERY clean and comfortable...our room, the lobby, breakfast area....!! (Having breakfast as part of our stay was yummy and convenient.)

The staff was lovely and the hotel was clean and well maintained . The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good, staff in there was very nice

Our stay was great! The only thing I that stunk was we asked for connecting rooms and we were Informed that the hotel didn’t have those, but would try to get us close together which wounded great bc we do have a bigger family and it’s hard to squeeze everyone in one room … unfortunately when we we given our keys we were on 2 different floors

My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast I was impressed on the variety of items offered. The pool was clean and the warm towels made it very pleasant for my children when they got out. They also offered chocolate chip cookies and coffee 24/7 which was a nice addition for a late snack.

Everything was great except for the spectrum tv service. A lot of channels that the hotel guide provided did not work. Minor inconvenience with small children.

Had a bad experience here. checked in went to our room it was cold the unit was blowing cold air even when the heat was turned up to 90 degrees called the front desk the guy finally showed up after about 20 minutes confirmed it wasn't working said he would see what he could do to get a different room we waited for about another 20minutes or so didn't here any thing we went down to the front desk with our stuff waited there another half hour wile the two at the desk waited on other customers then they stood there chit chatting about kids being noisy the night before wasn't until we asked what was going on that she said the the only room left was a suit and because we booked through hotels,com it was a third party booking that they couldn't give us the room so we had to go find another hotel even as a gold member

I really like the ducks that are around the property and the fact that there is no other hotel near it was great. Location is great and my grand kids loved it there
