The stay was great. Our room was large and clean for our four person family, and when my daughter left a stuffy behind, the cleaning staff kindly helped us retrieve it. Dizzy was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were the price of food in the convenience store, and that there weren’t wnough towels poolside, even after Suzzy called for more for us. Our omelette were fabulous and breakfast was great.

My daughter and I traveled from Indiana to New York to visit family. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The made to order breakfast is DELICIOUS!! The pool was fun!

I loved the property. The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help with requests. When I arrived Expedia never booked my hotel stay. The staff was very nice and ended up finding me a room last minute. Luckily someone had just cancelled. The room was clean and I felt safe and secure. I was able to be on the same floor as my other family members. I would definitely, stay at this location again.

Not a family hotel. Lots of rules. One hour blocks in pool, we booked before bad reviews and was told we would be able to cancel without fees. Manager refused refund through hotels.com and now get to keep our money 😭 worst hotel experience of my life!!

We enjoyer our stay and overall. However, we were inconvenienced by the need for a reservation time at the pool. We arrived at check in time but rooms were not available. We had a short wait. We had to wait for a pool time slot. That meant dinner was pushed back. By the time we went out to dinner we had a two hour wait at the restaurant. So just be aware, if you have kids that are looking forward to the pool they may not be able to swim. Also, the breakfast options are adequate, but not as tasty or fresh as a basic chain hotel.

This hotel is definitely different from what my family and I are used to. The interior design is cool and wide open. The bed sheets seemed to be clean but when we checked for bed bugs the pillow top on the mattress was covered in crumbs and other nasty things. My wife and I were charged $18 for 2 12 oz drafts of Michelob Ultra at the bar. That's insane so we only stayed at the bar for a drink. The breakfast was definitely a positive for us. For a free buffet hotel breakfast it was one of the best I've had.
