Dinner was great!! nice and quiet. We enjoyed a nice weekend , no children just the two of us . The spa was so awesome

I had requested two queens however I got 2 doubles . I needed it to sleep with my kids . As a result of getting incorrect size I woke up with stiff back . Clearly the beds were a double not queen as what I had requested .

The lock on the outside patio door didn’t work. The closet door was lopsided. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay close. The blackout curtain was missing pulley sticks. The seal on the shower door was misaligned causing water to leak outside the shower onto the floor. My key card was deactivated before my stay was over. I was able to hear the family above me like if I was in an apartment building. The heating unit worked well but was very noisy.

Overpriced and it’s only plus is a nice staff and convenient location to concert venues. We got a suite so we could hang out with out of town fiends and family. The suite was not worth the money and too small for 4 people to sit in the separate sitting room to enjoy a visit. The bar was not compatiblel Or comfortable to either to sit and talk over a beer or wine. Would not go back.

Made reservations for room and pool/sauna a day before my arrival with time for free cancellation if needed. On arrival, I found the lap pool (w/current generator) was not working, so I asked to depart with full refund but was not granted. Upon making reservations for the next morning for the sauna, I was told reservations had to be made the day of use, contrary to my first reservation, but was told they would make a note. That morning, there were NO openings! They still maintain COVID policy for only one person/couple/family despite no COVID! Mgr gave 50% off, but could not swim per my reason to stay.

Booked my appointment, arrived with my child at 9:00 pm after a long day of travel, was told that Expedia shouldn't have booked the room because there weren't any available. Then I had to call Expedia, get a refund, find a new hotel, make the bookings (at 10:00 at night by then), and then drive to another hotel, all because of them blaming Expedia, then Expedia blaming them, and then of course, the customer being myself was the ONLY party involved that was put in harm's way. Then I am supposed to feel "grateful" that I got a "full refund?" What about my time, my messed up trip, all of it due to trashy Expedia and this garbage hotel.

We didn’t stay here once we got to the hotel it was NOT as described online. Didn’t look Ike my room I booked. Once I checked in that’s where the staff stopped being nice. I addressed the issue of my room with the staff and they did NOThING to try to make it better. The only thing they did was try to down grade me to a smaller room for the same price. The rooms are old and out dated. I would say because of the vibe it makes it feel a little unclean. Chairs/couch has stains and are broken in. The staff became very unfriendly once I had addressed the room issues and in fact once we wanted to check out they wanted me to sign a waver to NOT review, talk about this issue anywhere on social media, friends, family , third party websites Ect. To receive my refund. Once I had told them I will not sign at first they didn’t want to refund my money and in fact started arguing with me in a very nasty tone. The friendlyness does end once you check in and they have your money I have to agree with other reviews as I have now witness this myself. I will say once I did argue my case with the manager she did ultimately agree to refund my money without that waver. We ended up going else where in the area it was pleasant from beginning to end and honestly the price was exactly the same. The rooms in the other hotel were also much bigger we actually got a suite for the same price. It’s unfortunate because when you first walk into this hotel it really does look nice but that’s where it ends.

Reserved a room with 2Q beds was given room with 2D beds and told no Q rooms available. I chose this hotel specifically for Q size beds. Later Q room became available but after repacking and moving our stuff discovered that new room smelled like smoke. Pool only avail by limited reservation which were full when we checked in after promising kids the pool when we arrived. Website said nothing about specific reservations required for pool. Also TVs didn’t work properly in either room.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Viana Hotel & Spa, which is very conveniently located. This time we came mid-July for a one week stay to visit friends and family. You'll immediately notice the hotel is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which for us is imperative. This includes public spaces as well as the guest rooms. Our suite was ample, with plenty of closet space and hangers. The king-size bed, which had a good mattress topper, was very comfortable. The recliner by the window was a nice touch. There was a breakfast buffet, along with an omelette station. Wait-staff were all very hospitable and very efficient. Actually, all staff that we interacted with were excellent. The GM, Takir, is motivated to make your stay the very best it can be. He engages with his guests and immediately addresses any issue you may bring. It's clear staff respect and like him, which translates to a well-run hotel. We'll be back.
