I booked a two bed smoke-free room for my two kids and I, and upon arrival was told they only had one bed left and said they were all booked, even though I had a reservation. The lady at the counter was very rude and clearly showed that she did not care. She said there was no supervisor there and clearly was ready to end her shift. I will NEVER book here again. Hallway smelled of smoke and carpet in room was very dirty. I do not recommend. I would give zero stars if I could.

The bathroom wasn’t clean well and our dirty towels and garbage was left in the room all day. We had to take the garbage out ourselves and call the front desk for clean towels. For $500 I should be able to have a clean towels for my kids and not taking my own garbage out.

Staff was very friendly but as we had a longer (12 days) stay they were sometimes not responsive to requests to change towels. Also the elevator and "non-smoking" 3rd floor smelled like marijuana on many occasions. I don't care what people do with their personal choices but having a child less than 2 years old I don't wish for her to smell this stuff especially on a non-smoking floor. Management should enforce non smoking any products in elevators or designated floors.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby was very nice with a lot of seating and bar. Had family meet us there and it was nice to have a place to sit. We moved outside through the pool area and it was private Room was tastefully decorated with great seating in the living space. Room was very quiet and air conditioning worked great! Beds were comfortable . Only complaint is the shaky noisy elevators.

The day we checked in me, my wife, and baby got stuck in the elevator for almost 30mins. The elevator did not had maintenance and they had to call fire department to rescue us. Fire department did a good job rescuing us. We later realized now both the elevators had stopped working so the only option was to shift all our bags by stairs to 4th floor and was a tedious task

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly to me and my fur baby. One of the staff members a gentleman encountered me by the elevator my hands was full and I was rushing. He simply pressed the elevator button for me! I thought it was for him and he said oh that's for you and walked off. Made my stay!!!

Specificallynpicked this hotel for the hot tub. Hot tub was freezing that night, staff said had just been refilled and would take awhile to heat. Still cold the next morning. Loud party with a band downstairs, kids walking around with alcohol.
