Flight delayed by 5 hours arrived at hotel at 2am with my 2 children. Hotel would not allow a later check out time. Air condition unit was leaking or some spill had the carpet soaking wet upon our arrival.

I liked the location, nestled in between busy shopping areas, with lots of vehicle and foot traffic. LOVED having Whole Foods across the street. Clean, quiet, spacious, and quiet (except for a few unruly children). The breakfast was an unexpected delight!

First of all the location was great. All kinds of shopping was very convenient. In some cases in walking distance. Only a minute or two from highway access which was wonderful. Dinning at “Seasons 52”one off our favorite was with in a mile. The rooms was very comfortable and clean with lots of extras. The room was near the elevator but we sleep like babies. We were pleasantly surprised buy the variety of choices offered at breakfast, and the coffee was better than most hotel coffee’s. So it get an A plus in my book for one who travels often.

My family and I had a great stay at Garden City Hyatt!! The staff were outstanding!! They went above and beyond to help us. My niece was not feeling good and they did everything to help her!! I travel a lot working for Delta airlines for many years s d have never experienced a staff so Nice!!!

This was a quick trip for a family visit. We needed a comfortable place to stay with good Internet and place to work. The hotel was a pleasant place to stay and met all these requirements.

The trip was amazing but getting back to the hotel there the elevators were not working because a fire alarm went off and I had to walk to the 6th floor and in the morning I had to do it again. Elevators were still down. Not fun when you have 2 toddlers with you.
