I didn't like that I booked a stay for 3 nights, had to shorten my trip in New York by one day since my son was sick at our home across the country, and the hotel would not cancel the third night of my reservation. I tried dealing with the hotel directly as well as going through an Expedia customer service representative. The hotel was completely inflexible. It's unfortunate because this hotel is in a great location when I come to Long Island to visit family, but I no longer plan to stay there again due to its unwillingness to show me the compassion I feel was warranted.

Im handicap with 2 small children, the parking lot is small and there was no parking. Employees told me everyone complains but nothing has been done. Cleaning crew never cleaned our room. Rooms arent that great definitely not worth the price we paid.

After a stressful night working with hotels. Com they found us this hotel instead and we are happy they did. It was very clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and my children enjoyed waffles and cereal in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

Checked in was quick rooms where nice and clean the bed was cozy and comfortable I slept like a baby Breakfast was delicious many varieties to choose from I will stay there again in the future

Pleasant easy check in. All staff was super! Plenty of common space but rooms were barely large enough. Two people couldn’t walk in the room at the same time. Rented three rooms for family and they are all cramped. Had a bigger room for the same price in a Brooklyn hotel last month

Went to this hotel one time prior and knew we had to cone back. The suite was so spacious for the entire family. The second night we stayed by ourselves. The breakfast was plentiful. We took it to our rooms and was totally full. For the price location free parking and free breakfast not to mention only 20 DOLLAR DEPOSIT/INCIDENTAL FEE Hands down best hotel in NYC for a family on a budget. Weve been to lots of hotels and this one takes the cake.

Convenient location in a busy suburb with quick food choices and major roadways available nearby. The facilities were clean albeit a bit dated, breakfast was hot and included with the stay. Parking was a bit tricky to navigate, and the turnoff just beyond the hotel was a bit tricky to drive out. Given its relative isolation-no other hotels nearby by for about a mile- it seemed popular for road trippers, business folks, and families visiting colleges. Might be better with an airport shuttle.
