Residence Inn Long Island Garden City

Great with kids, friendly staff.Our door was left open after housecleaning was done . Staff was notified and they said someone would come up and check out the door but no one came and we checked out the next day after staying there for 5days

Our stay was wi derail. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. Adults were happy to have an area to meet and spend time together.

We always stay at this location. This did not go as smoothly as other visits. The elevator always stink of pot which I didn’t love exposing my asthmatic child to. And there was 1 towel and no blow dryer in the room. It took 2 calls to get towels and bc I was almost already late when I realized no hair dryer I didn’t bother to call bc I couldn’t wait. We had a family event to go to and both ended up freezing and looking less than finished w our wet heads. Otherwise the place is fantastic

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy and friendly… they were having issues with the TV service in the entire building except for the lobby, the TV worked there… I wouldn’t mind much but I had my kids with me and the internet wasn’t great so it was a bit tough with the kids. Next time I guess I would pay for the better internet service. Breakfast was good, I would stay with the family again.

Loved our stay at Residence Inn in Garden City, Long Island N.Y. - October 2022. Clean and modern hotel, near Roosevelt Field mall, restaurants, kids museum, drive to beach, etc. Hotel is relatively new, clean and well maintained. Nice decor in reception and breakfast areas. Warm and friendly reception at check-in by supervisor Ayn C. and staff at checkout. Spacious studio suites thoughtfully designed and decorated. Great water temp. and pressure in shower. Sufficient towels and toiletries provided. It was nice to have a quiet and restful sleep after a long day of activities in the city. Studios are as pictured. Full kitchen with all necessary items to cook, including dishwasher. Comfy sectional seating; great workspace; large windows offer natural light; spacious bathroom; comfy bed, pillows and linens; and plenty of closet space and drawers for longer stays. Hotel offers a variety of breakfast options with fresh food. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Amenities include heated indoor pool, gym, game area to play pool and foosball, outdoor patio with Bbq grill, and complimentary parking. Hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, families, business or vacation travelers. I highly recommend this hotel (10/2022)

I’ll admit, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel was. I thought it would be a decent stay but it turned out to be an amazing and comfortable stay. The beds are amazing, I slept like a baby. The room I stayed in was super spacious. There was enough room for 3 people to fit comfortably. I will definitely stay here again. The best part is it’s literally across from some of my favorite restaurants and the Roosevelt Field Mall. I would highly recommend this stay.

Very nice place for family

Hotel appears new, clean, high ceilings, spacious, friendly and responsive staff. Nice to have billiard/game room, putting green, outdoor grill and firepit in addition to indoor pool. Decor is clean and inspiring. Opportunities to improve: - They only clean rooms after 7 days, prefer more frequent. (paying full price for reduced service) - Game has mini pool/hockey/tennis table missing pieces, would be nice to have more for family/kids.
