Rooms are suitable and we have stayed here twice due to the location close to family. Breakfast is always satisfying-appreciate the fresh bagels!

The views are unique the experience was very well planned/manned. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The shopping and food experience was excellent. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

We have stayed here before. Our family is in ER aso it’s very convenient. The hotel is showing its age and could definitely use some upgrades but overall it was clean and comfortable and felt safe for my daughter and I. I would definitely stay here again.

I appreciate Mike helping us check in early after traveling over 16 hours with small kids. I just wasn’t a fan of the hotel (outdated, wasn’t all that clean, the sink was backing up, maybe use remote plastic covers bc they were filthy) I don’t think I’ll be returning.
