I stayed at Fairfield Inn overnight to wait for the transfer flight the other day. Lora is the front desk, who is very professional and sweet. The free shuttle service, free delicious breakfast and free luggage storage service are plus. The location is very close to the airport. The room is super clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is either business trip by him or her self or travel as a family.

I have mobility issues, a knee and drop foot. This facility had an updated handicap accessible room. The bathroom was the safest I have experienced. 5 modern and attractive grabs in the shower. Good grab bars in the other parts of bathroom and an excellent nonskid floor. Good design.

Front desk staff was so friendly! The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant I wish I got his name! But he worked around 4:30pm on Aug.3! We are a large family and he was no nice with everything! Hotel shuttle was convenient and the room is very spacious and clean!

Customer service was amazing. Every time we went out we saw employees engaged. The employees looked happy and that’s so important!!!! The convience was amazing as well, the Belt way was right there. So my family and I can get to where we need to be. Lots of counter space and the bed and pillows were fine ( more pillows ) 🎀 please. Overall a great experience.

Tbh I was a lil skeptical just cause queens isn’t the best location but I couldn’t have felt more safe. The building is clean and staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They asssisted with our baby and had the pack and play ready for use when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here and will use this hotel for future stays!
